M&M Construction & Home Design

This project grew in scope until it included external lighting, interior lighting and ceiling fans, a repaint of almost every wall and some miscellaneous remodeling (stair rails, furniture quake retrofits). It was completed without undue delay and minimal disruption to our habitation.

Prompt arrival but wrong samples; after two weeks I am still waiting to get my estimate for installation. The general contractor says he has other expertise besides floor installation, such as roofing, decking, design, and seemed familiar with our local city permitting process.

They did a good job. They were on time. They got the job done on time.

The did a wonderful job and made the process so easy for us! They were even willing to complete the job on our compressed timeline. I would hire them again for any construction/remodeling job!

Swimmingly! They were responsive to alterations we introduced along the way and great to work with. The care and attention to detail show that they really care about doing a good job. The project wrapped faster than expected and we're ecstatic with the old-made-new-again room.

Neal, the project manager, was attentive and professional from the start. He showed up each day work crews were here and monitored their progress. Shelly, at M&M’s showroom, was gracious and helpful in choosing the countertops and floors. The countertop and flooring installation crews worked hard and efficiently and cleaned up afterwards well. I had a very good experience with this company and would hire them again and certainly recommend them to friends and neighbors.

Eli said that I will love my kitchen when it's done. He's right; I totally love it. You can't tell that there was ever a wall in the middle of my new space. The guys who hung my cabinets were total pros; everything is flush and level; no scratches on the finish. The counter top is a work of art; all of the custom cuts are perfect. The tile work is excellent, both on the backsplash and the floor. The wood flooring looks beautiful. They did a great job installing the appliances; all of them function perfectly. Just tell Eli if you don't like the way something turned out, and he will have it fixed to your satisfaction. He also did not overcharge for change orders. I had that problem with a previous contractor. M&M Construction has the architect and engineer in house, so when the original plans submitted to the city didn't work out because the structure of my house was different than expected after they opened up the walls, he was able to submit alternative plans to the city at no additional charge to me. I would highly recommend M&M Construction.

My remodeled guest bathroom is more spectacular than I ever imagined, thanks in large part to Eli: his sense of design, proportion and recommendations. I kept telling him “Eli, this is my guest bath, not my Taj Mahal”. I have to say, I ended up with a bath that looks and feels like a serene retreat, while staying close to my budget. Eli and his team provide quality workmanship and are easy to work with. His crews are courteous, skilled, punctual AND cleaned up the worksite every day before leaving. I can’t recommend Eli and M&M Construction highly enough. I’ve recommended them to my friends and neighbors. My next project for them is a kitchen/living area remodel---which I’m really looking forward to.

The person wanted to gut everything without even hearing what I had to say! I felt threatened and not safe. It took me 3 days to recover from this interaction. For the same price he wanted to charge me for bathroom alone, I'm doing everything I wanted done without needing to redo work I didn't want done. Horrible person. Wants as much of your money as possible without regards to what you actually want or your budget. Stay away!

I had a very good experience with M&M Construction and home design throughout my kitchen remodeling project, I cannot praise the people behind this project starting with Eli, He is a true pro, courteous and knowledgeable. The crew were over the top in courtesy, professionalism, conscientious, and true tradesmen. M&M Construction renovated our rental property which was in a very bad shape due to vandalism. The kitchen and bathroom looks amazing and the place feels inviting as never before. m&m construction remodeled my in law's kitchen. they have a very small house and we came up with the idea of removing two walls to create open space. we really like the design ideas and very happy with the way everything came out. thank you

this is for a work that was done on my mom's house. the house needed major repairs and updates (since it was never touched from the 50s when originally bought by my mom) m&m construction updated kitchen cabinets, countertops, converted electric stove to gas operated. old wall papers were removed, new texture applied with new paint. they also removed old carpets and discovered some nice looking wood floors underneath which they were able to sand and stain, floors looks amazing! thank you very much guys

big thank you to you & your wonderful team for doing a wonderful job on my bathrooms. We are very pleased with the final product and the “wow” factor is still there. The conduct of the whole team throughout the 6 week program is to be highly commended, especially their good manners, time management and tidying up of the works at the end of each day. Also, many thanks for returning to add the final touches and agreeing to do the “additional building works” that were not bathroom related. Fore,an never around to direct or monitor crews work. Crews never no what to do from day today. Kitchen was never finished and left permit open for me to finish. Crews came to work with no tools and supplies, assumed the ones in my garage was for them and took the items that belong to me. Had to hire a new contractor to finish there work once they abandon my project after I asked them to redo the floor. The flooring is a tripping hazard for the the family.
