KB Carpet Cleaners

The initial appointment had to be rescheduled due to a problem with their equipment. But they called me the night before, explained the situation, and set up a reschedule. The reschedule went according to plan. Nathan was the young man who came out toperform the work. He explained what they do and how it works. Once he had started he called me back in to review how it was looking. He cleaned up the floors afterward and so I got a free mopping too. :) The chairs were fully dry today and look even better than when he was finished yesterday. I mostly buy my furniture used. In the future I would continue to do that to save some dollars and then call KB to get them into shape and remove all former owners residue - even if you don't see anything, judging from this experience there is more that gets removed than we can see on the surface.
