I could not be happier with the performance of this Contractor. While I was prepared for a more extensive repair John was able to identify the roof leak problem and repair immediately and perform repair himself. I felt he was one of the most honest and personable contractors I have done business and would highly recommend him based on my experience.

I was thrilled. I received some high estimates and John was able to provide a lower estimate. He was very thorough. He even installed the extra shingles on our shed to match the roof on our house. I was completely satisfied.

Problem was resolved perfectly. John is an excellent troubleshooter, very responsive, and professional. He is honest and prices things fairly. He has also installed sun tunnels for us, removed a solar panel that was not working and was also causing the roof to leak due to the way it had been installed (he tiled the roof where it had been). When we are ready to replace our roof, we will call John for sure. He installed a roof for our neighbor next door a while back and we love how it turned out.

From initial contact John Mortensen was responsive, professional, and a pleasure to work with. Unlike other bidders, he was very knowledgeable about what materials were available in today's market for our job. The quality of the work done was excellent, and the price was considerably less than most other estimates we received. Once the crew arrived, the job was completed quickly and efficiently with very little impact upon our daily routines. In fact, the job was done literally before I knew it.
