Description of Work: Originally demoloished a large driveway and walkway and poured new cement driveway and walkway. Jack refused to work with a written contract, job was discolored and was an eyesore that had to be removed. After avoiding us for over a year, Jack agreed to re-pour the concrete - he admitted it rendered our property un-sellable. We were charged $2,500 for adding gravel to our mix because we didn't trust Jack to pour plain cement. This job looks ok, and does not have to be redone - but it was really stressful using Jack and he was unprofessional. I cannot recommend him.

+ -1 moreHe was recommended by our landscape architect so that kind of held some weight and he was accessible, he stopped by when we needed him to, he's friendly, he seems knowledgeable, he's accommodating to us and he's a good guy. I think we had his quote actually pretty quick, we had some trouble getting quotes quite frankly and he was not one of the people so he doesn't stick out as that we had trouble getting quotes from. He's always been here when he said he would.
Description of Work: We got a quote from Jack's Patio Co. last July. We will use them today.

+ -1 moreI have never had a single problem with this company. They do an excellent job and do wonderful patios. I would definitely refer their service. The crews are dependable and know what they are doing. They are quick and their work looks great. They have good pricing.
