Palmer is a very trustworthy individual. He was always straightforward and honest from start to finish. He helped us take a challenging space and make it usable for our preschool. His design ideas were very helpful, and his attention to detail made the end product sturdy and beautiful. Our clients are very impressed with the work. His crew was able to accommodate our tight schedule during Spring break. We will use Home Pavers again when we are ready to transform another space.

From estimate through completion Palmer (business owner) was thorough and responsive. He answered all our questions and explained how his crew would perform the work. He was on site everyday from demolition to sealing to insure his crew was meeting our expectations. His craftsman reflected Palmer's dedication to detail and esthetics. He obviously took great pride in seeing the job done correctly. Any problems that arose were minor and were addressed promptly. The cost of the project was in line with other estimates we had gotten, even slightly lower. However, he was able to start work the week after we signed our contract, which was significantly quicker than any of the other estimates we received. And his pavers were made right here in California, which was another plus. He made us feel that our relatively small job was just as important to him as any of his larger projects. He was able to show us pictures of his jobs, each of which were truly works of art. We couldn't be more happy with the result. He transformed our old broken concrete structures into beautiful patios and walkways. If we ever have any other work of this nature to be done, Palmer will be the first to get our call. We have already recommended him to a friend.

My family and I recently moved into our new home. The backyard was all dirt and unusable. After reading a few reviews , I called Home Pavers to provide me an estimate. Palmer returned my message within the hour and scheduled an appointment right away . Palmer was very professional, well prepared with his license, portfolio, and even brought a few samples of pavers. He did a sketch of the yard and provided me with a full scale measurement, which allowed me to visually understand the work that needs to be done. Palmer also provided options to help with keeping the cost reasonable, explained the products he uses and their quality. He also provided options for the project start date and had a team ready to start . During the process Palmer oversaw the project and ensured that his team paid attention to detail.
