Rudy and his team are respectful, efficient, punctual, competitive in pricing. Rudy walked me through running the system for its first time and explained all the stuff for a brand new system in a house that never had AC. I'm very thankful for the work they did. Highly recommend because their customer service is top notch.

Rudy is the man!!! Short notice on the weekend and had my AC back up in hours! Replaced 18 year Old Unit that was dead and got me air during 100-105 degree week!

To start, I put in for an emergency call to Freschi and was told they would call me 30 minutes before. They never called me back. Freschi sucks!!!I I also put in a request on HomeAdvisor on Thursday night and was given Global Warming Heating and Air as one of their verified contractors. I got a call at 7am from Rudy. I called back around 830am and we made an appointment for 1130am. He showed up at 1105am and quickly diagnosed the problem. He recommended replacing the furnace(which houses the blower assembly) due to the cost of repairs and its 17 year old condition. He didn t try to up sell me for an entire new system. He said my AC is working well so there s no need to replace it. I decided to replace the furnace and he said he d be back around 130pm. Rudy and his crew were back by 1pm. From the start of demo to it running again was less than 2 hours. Rudy s customer service is top notch!! From now on, I will only be calling Global Warming Heating and Air. I can t say enough good things about Rudy s business ethics and timeliness. A+++++

Rudy Valderama was very efficient, courteous, prompt. He was able to offer a payment plan, which was very important, as the owner of the property is an elderly woman on a very fixed income. He also went out of his way to come to the Peninsula from East Bay, so as to fill out the required paperwork.

Prompt, courteous, hard working! Called for service and they came the same day and gave me an estimate for repair and an estimate for a new furnace! I decided on a new furnace as mine was 18 years old! They came the next morning and were done within 2 hours! The thing I liked most was they didnâ t pressure me at all but waited patiently for my decision!

Amazing! Lifesavers! Would absolutely recommend! Rudy contacted me very quickly after I requested quotes for hopefully repairing my 12yr old AC unit. He offered to come out first thing the very next morning to check my AC unit. He & his associate completely respected the current social distancing recommendation. They very quickly assessed my AC unit & recommended a small replacement part, which they had with them (hurray!) & got my unit up & running in less than 20 minutes. They were completely upfront about all costs, very professional, friendly & expedient!

I was under the impression that they wouldn't charge me to diagnose the problem. They charged me $45.

Had my furnace replaced with a Payne furnace..don t have much to say about the performance of the furnace yet.. but George and Rudy did a great job on the installation of the new furnace.
