+ 0 moreLets put it this way, I am stuck with a Sony Vaio computer that does not perform most of the functions I asked the salesperson to provide. I filed a BBB complaint and the store Manager Joe places blame on the customer and threatened to call the police. I am a very easy going person but that put me over the edge.
Description of Work: The sales person never fully disclosed to me the warranty limitations (diagnostic costs for one) and the fact that even though I paid extra to get a loaner computer some Microsoft Office options I had were not on the loaner. The electronics manager is terrible has a bad attitude and Joe the store manager needs to be go!! Stay away from buying a computer or computer warranty from this store.
