oriental rug cleaning
+ -1 moreMy Oriental rugs look fabulous - the silk runner, the wool carpets and even the polypropylene doormats. This is the second time I've used East Bay Oriental Rug Cleaning and it will not be the last. Besides the rugs looking amazing, their customer service is excellent. When our project ran over, they were very flexible and accommodating when returning the rugs.

Description of Work: They cleaned 7 of our oriental rugs - comparable prices to other businesses. Decided to use them based on Angie's list reviews. The owner did a great job of making sure our needs were met. One of the 7 rugs didn't get cleaned thoroughly and he personally made sure it was recleaned in just 2 days. Excellent service and very nice and polite.

+ -1 moreThey were great. They were very punctual and polite. The rugs looks great. They did exactly what we wanted them to do. We used them twice. The first time we called them, they were able to come out the next day and then we knew we wanted the rugs out because we were having the floor refinished so we were able to schedule exactly when we wanted them to come. They took them up and when they brought them back the rugs look great, as good as anybody's ever cleaned them. The price was a bit less than we paid for the people we did use before. I was happy with them.
