Description of Work: Removal of 2 doorway jams and moldings. Custom molding was created and installed in both doorways. One doorway area required drywall patch and texturing.

+ 0 moreThe sub contractors Jeff brought to the project were all as caring and careful as the main team. We were very impressed by their dedication to doing the best job and for the best price. Jeff is a master craftsman and was able to give us some special touches that really enhance our living space. His advice was sound and he never over charged for anything. He laid out his budget and stuck to it. We were very impressed. AND, when he said they would be at the site, they were at the site. I was never left waiting for him or his crew. A miracle in the construction trade!
Description of Work: Remodeled the first floor of our 1974 tract house. He worked closely with our architect and us to make sure the work was done to our satisfaction. His crew was unfailingly polite and sensitive to us living in the construction zone. (We "moved" upstairs while the first floor was under construction for 4 months.) Damboise removed walls, flooring, old furnace, water heater and kitchen appliances and replaced cabinets. All of the carpentry was to very high standards.
