Description of Work: We have used Contra Costa Climate Control many times. Their work is excellent. When we have our second floor furnace and a/c units replaced we called Jim. They've fixed so many things wrong with this house; improperly balanced vents, added vent bypasses, added a whole house fan, repaired the original outside unit twice and then finally when the builder unit refused to cool the second story of the house (couldn't get the temp below 80 upstairs in the summer), they properly sized and replaced the units. Now, the upstairs is comfortable. They respond quickly to any problem, are reliable courteous and the quality of their work is superb. I never call anyone but them.

Description of Work: Fixed our air conditioner

Description of Work: Provided a complete diagnosis of my AC after is stopped working on 7/20/15. They identified the issue with the capacitor. They replaced the capacitor on my AC unit and then performed a complete inspection and cleaning of my AC unit.

Description of Work: Diagnosted the problem. Determined the fix and repaired my system.

Description of Work: I needed to replace a 40 year old furnace. Initial installation was proficient and professional. This was done the week before Thanksgiving week. Then the furnace just stopped working. I went over to my tenants to check it out. I opened the front, twiddled a few things and shut the front back up. It worked. On the Tuesday/Wednesday before Thanksgiving, it stopped again. I called for someone to come out but got no response. So my tenants had to heat during the holidays. I did hear from the furnace company the following week and someone came out. We figured out the door in the front of the furnace would not stay shut, thus turning it off. At least I could tell my tenants to give it a thump to get the covering back in position. Then it took a while to get the permit signed off. That took an extra trip because the inspector wanted a double walled pipe in a section too close to the wall (fire hazard.) I was charged $300 for a HUERS (sp?) test. It turns out it was performed by someone in-house. I am not exactly sure why this charge was so high. | On many levels the workers were very professional, except for the double walled pipe. At one point the office wanted me to handle the city inspection by myself. I was not happy with that. Since the company had pulled the permit, I wanted their representative there for the imspection and I had been assured by the salesman that their person would be present. | During December I was 900 miles away helping my sister while she had a second cancer surgery. That slowed down my availability to handle the inspection. I finally called the office in February to find out what was going on. Then things started happening again.

Description of Work: Air conditioning routine maintenance and filter change.

Description of Work: I use them for heating ventilation and air conditioning services. We have a service contract.
