Description of Work: The alarm in my approximately 2,000 square feet is monitored by this company. We have a motion detector system and door detectors as well.

+ -1 moreI did have private contractors come out to repair it, and they were not professional at all. They did not back any of the work that they did. It seemed like it took them forever to come out and fix it. They were not very polite or courteous. They charged my 70.00 an hour to fix it, and it also cost me 33.00 a month for their service.
Description of Work: They installed an alarm system and they also monitor my home.

+ -1 moreI had to call them back to ask them a question. They answered my question and were very polite about it. I did have a good experience with them. They did everything they said they would. They did the work in a timely manner. The young man on the phone even had asked me if I needed to go the hospital because I didn't sound good.

+ -1 moreI did have a good experience with this company. It was kind of expensive, however it was worth it. They provide ok service. I did feel that they were quick to make appointments for repairs. They do send out private contractors to do the repairs. They were knowledgeable about repairing the alarm system. It did take a little bit of time to have someone fix it.
Description of Work: They installed the alarm and also monitored my home.
