C Resende Cleaning

Canera is a very pleasant woman to deal with and she responded quickly to my request. I unexpectedly needed to clean the house for a real estate showing in two days. We met at the house in order to determine what was needed and her cost. I'm sure glad we did that a couple of days out, as her quoted price was outrageous -- $350. The house that I have for sale is 2,400 sq ft, 4 bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths. The house is carpeted except for a tile entry and the family room has wood floors. The house has just been completely painted and the rug throughout house cleaned, so there are no walls, etc, to clean, no rugs to vacuum, no dusting of furniture or blinds, no baseboards to clean; the house is empty. I wanted the kitchen (& appliances) and bathrooms cleaned, wood family room and tile entry cleaned, plus cleaning four windows/1 sliding glass door in the family room & kitchen area. I could clean this myself in approximately 2 12 hours. As a comparison, until a month ago, I was living in a 3,000 sq ft house in this area (not the same house), with 3 baths, 3 bedrooms and an office -- all wood floors -- with stainless steel appliances in the kitchen. I paid $150 to have this house cleaned. Sadly, the woman who cleaned that house is out of the country at this time. I understand that a one time cleaning (as far as she knew) is not as attractive as an ongoing job, but if she didn't want to provide the service, she should have said so when we talked on the phone.

She is wonderful and the only reason we don't have her now is because my husband lost his job. She has workers and it is a company. She is a wonderful person and I have had house problems. When I am down she acts like a nurse and she is so sweet and kind. If you have the sheet on hand they would change your sheet on your bed and everything. They pick up and tidy everything. It is not like the cleaners where you have everything spotless and they come and remove everything, they are not like that. We were new to the area and we tried her and they were wonderful. She would also bring me things that she makes. She wanted to come and clean my house even though we couldn't pay her when I met her. She is just wonderful. She is from Brazil and her workers speak Spanish and they are all very sweet. I have had the workers out without her a couple of times and they are just fine. Sometimes she doesn't even want to be paid till the end of the month and she is fine with it. As soon as my husband gets a new job she would be right here. I have a 2700 sq ft house and I don't know how she does her pricing. I can't say enough about her. She is more like a very caring and loving friend and I love it. If she is going to be late at all she would call you. I used to have her around twice a month. She would do whatever the person needs. She puts you on a regular schedule and she comes the same day. I have never had to watch her or see what she does. She is totally trust worthy and she would do everything that she said she was going to do and you never have to go around and she is she did it. If you have something extra she would just do it. They do windows as well.
