My 90 year old father had just come home from the hospital and both toilets began to overflow and water backed up into the showers. We called 6 plumber to assist us with our emergency. Ron answered the phone immediately and said he would be at the house in 30 minutes. He arrived early and diligently went to work. His professionalism and kind manor, late on a Friday night was extraordinary. I would highly recommend Ron and if the need arrises he will be the first plumber I call

+ -1 moreI found this company on Angie's list and gave them a call when we had an underground pipe burst. Ron, who is also the owner, was very quick to respond and came out to access the problem. He gave me the option of either bringing along another person to basically dig in the ground, or I could use my college aged sons to do that part of the job, saving me $. Both my sons assisted doing the digging as he detected where the leak was coming from, and in no time found the broken pipe and fixed it. It was not an expensive job at all. Since I had him at the house (custom home built in 1973 with lots of plumbing issues) I decided to show him my various issues. Over the course of a couple of months, we scheduled all the work and it was done exactly on time, on budget. Ron is the best plumber I have ever worked with. He is professional, easy going, efficient, and an excellent problem solver. He came up with solutions to our issues that were unique to the construction of our home. He is very affordable and gave us estimates that were either the same or less than the estimate. i completely trusted him to do the work at the price he quoted. He was a pleasure to work with and we will only use Ron for our future plumbing needs.
Description of Work: Found the leak source from a broken pipe buried in the ground and fixed it, fixed leaking pipe near hot water heater, fixed faucets indoor, installed comfort system with on demand hot water, fixed sewer connection which had come loose over the years, helped with clogged drain system.

Description of Work: My water heater started leaking and I needed to replace it. After calling around, I was referred to BAP Inc. They came out on the same day, replaced the water heater and took the old one away. Sweet!

Description of Work: I received a call from the Water Company that I had a bad leak and they shut off my water. This was clearly an emergency so I called the closest plumbing company. When they didn't answer, I called BAP. He promptly answered, and I explained my urgent situation. He gave me a couple of scenarios of what it could be, and even though he was busy he told me he could be to my house between 5:00-6:00. He arrived at approximately 5:15. He looked at the problem for just a couple of minutes, gave me a quote which I felt was very reasonable, especially for an emergency repair, and I got my water back in well under two hours from his arrival. He was very pleasant and seemed to know his stuff where plumbing is concerned. If I have future plumbing needs, I will definitely call BAP.
