Description of Work: The sales rep for Bay Alarm was helpful, and very patient with all my emailed questions (I was nervous that I might be missing some important points about the service). Installation was on time, and took less time than the company had told me it might take. |After less than 3 months, it has all worked well. My cats have not set off the alarm, and when I have done so accidentally and then phoned, the person at Bay Alarm is professional but calm and understanding.

I HAVE THEM COME ONCE A YEAR, AND PERFORM YEARLY MAINTENANCE ON MY FIRE ALARMS, AND FIRE EXTINGUISHERS. THEY REPLACE ALL BATTERIES, AND CHECK THE HARD WIRED ALARM.

WE HAD OUR HOME ALARM INSTALLED BY BAY ALARM SEVERAL YEARS AGO AND HAVE HAD IT MONITORED BY THEM EVER SINCE. ONLY ONCE HAVE WE HAD AN ALARM RESPONSE. IT WAS A FALSE ALARM WHEN OUR DAUGHTER ARMED THE ALARM AND LEFT A DOOR OPEN. THE POLICE RESPONDED PROMPTLY. WE WERE DISAPPOINTED ... THOUGH ... THAT THEY WERE NOT ABLE TO CONTACT US BECAUSE BAY ALARM HAD THE WRONG PHONE NUMBER RECORDED FOR US. THE POLICE FORTUNATELY FOUND A NEIGHBOR WHO COULD HANDLE THE SITUATION. THIS PROBLEM HAS NOW BEEN CORRECTED.
