Never got any response from any one. No idea if I would or would not hire this company. I don't trust unresponsiveness, but I always give benefit of the doubt something happened that might have been beyond control. If I ever am contacted, I will need evaluate whether I would trust to work with this company.

Owner, Lothar Weiler cares about his business. I cant thank him and his crew for the work they did. they not only lined up the pattern nicely, but also know how to cut fabric so that we can minimize wastes. To accomplish such, it requires mindfulness and effort and not only focusing on profit from project. i will secure services from Mr. Weiler again, without a doubt. Each time I walk into my living room, i am just happy because i enjoy the new upholstery . I added additional work and all were done timely.

Not only did B & D do a great job- they finished ahead of schedule and cost much less than my other estimates. Very courteous, profess, efficient and knowledgeable!!!

They were very nice. The job we have is really big and they thought it would take about a month to do it. In our church we need a balcony railing covered in acoustic material to deaden the sound in the building. It seemed this project was too large for them to take on right now and would require them to not attend to their jobs. If I were having something smaller done I would absolute use them. They were very professional.

Lothar is an excellent upholsterer. Good upholstery shops are hard to find and we were glad that we were able to find Lothar and his team. Lothar made a customized bay window seat cushion along with seat cushions for living/dining room chairs for us. Lothar has a wide variety of fabric to select from and provided good feedback on pros and cons of each. We were able to select the right fabric and color to match our room. We also had 4 cushions made for the bay window. All of the cushions were excellent. Our bay window seat cushion was a challenge due to its size but it was built perfect and when we had few adjustments to be made, they were done with a smile. In all, we were extremely satisfied with the work and in addition the prices were very reasonable. We would recommend Lothar and would not hesitate to get our upholstery work done from him in the future.

The service was done as promised. I had a large contemporary sofa, chair and ottoman done in ultra suede. Very well done - a beautiful job. Professional, timely and courteous service. I am very pleased with the results and would use them again in a heartbeat.

The quality was excellent. He was prompt. The price was reasonable.

The armrests of the sofas were completely flat. The first suspicion was that poor foam had been used. But then it turned out that the original construction of the armrests was poor. Support stakes had broken and the foam had gone down into the area below the armrests. Lothar replaced and fortified the supports, and put new foam in.

We were very satisfied with this company. We were able to drop the chair off (it fit in our car), but they also pick-up and deliver at no charge. The selection of fabrics was plentiful, and we opted for one that was recommended by Mr. Wuler. It was a perfect choice! The work is excellent. We are currently having another chair from our family room recovered.

My wife and I discovered Band D Upholstery on Yelp. Lothar is the owner. They are open M-F 7am to 3pm and Sat to 12 pm. We visted his shop on a Sat and went over his wide variety of fabric. Plan on spending a few hours. We took a couple of sample books home to make sure we liked the colors and it matched our decor. We picked the fabric and ordered it. When the fabric came in, they picked up our sofa and chair as promised. The sofa and chair was delivered timely this morning and it is better than new. The craftsmenship was excellent. The colored patterns on the material including the stripes matched perfectly, including on the cushions. Lothar, the owner, is a very friendly, talented, smart and an honest person. He is a craftsmen and works very hard at his trade. It is very difficult to find someone like him these days.

We first got a quote from a local shop, and then from B and D. They were a bit more expensive, however our furniture is modern and the local shop seemed a bit dubious and did not have any appropriate fabrics in stock. Lothar at Band D immediately found a terrific fabric and gave us the sample book to take home so we could look at our choices in different lighting. After we made our choice he scheduled a pick up, did the work in about two weeks, and then delivered it. Very professional, easy to deal with, and the furniture looks fabulous!

They were very nice. We didn't realize how much upholstery can be and we might have done it but we decided to go another route. It was a very professional place. They have a ton of fabric samples and it was very homey and comfortable.

I had a chair in my office that meant a lot to me and had trouble with a spring. Several people came to look at it and thought it too much of a hassle to fix. I called Band D, they said come on in--I did--fixed better than new.

Overall, it was a great experience. We brought the chairs in to compare fabric with the mahogany chair frames. Lothar showed us the padding he would use and we saw the factory area where the upholsery work would be completed. We paid a deposit. Absolutely no sales pressure, but very attentive to our questions and concerns.

They did the job in about two weeks, despite my telling them that there was no rush. The work was fairly details, as the chair was a 40's vintage piece of furniture. The work duplicated all of the careful detail work. The chair looks spectacular.

They did a good job on the Sofa and I did not have to buy anything. They were very responsive. Once they called me to say that they will be 15 minutes late, as they were stuck in traffic. They were very efficient. They had to open the sofa, cut the fabric, retie the springs and put it all back. They did an amazing job. I will definitely use them in the future and I recommend them to others.

I called, they said they could do the job. I drove there, I was running late so I called and asked if they could stay an extra 10 minutes for me to get there and they said yes. I dropped off the cushions (I removed them from the wood frame myself) they said they could have them done in a week and told me what it would cost. They finished them two days early, called and I went and picked them up. They look great. I just wasn't expecting to have to pay so much for the work to begin with, but it was worth it.

He has an old-world style of detailed upholstering that you just can't find anymore. He is just wonderful! I would highly recommend him and I will also be taking my couch to him when I decide to do that. They will come pick up large pieces for furniture and bring it back. Rolf is very creative! The fabric that I had on the dining room chairs could not be ordered anymore and he improvised by using the separate swatches that I had from when I bought them and it looks beautiful! You can't even tell it was ripped.
