William Roper was extremely responsive and clearly communicative. Having arrived the same day we spoke, he got me a quote right away. He and his team were a breeze to schedule. They showed up on time, and did a fantastic job; I needed some severe cutting and tree triage. He and his experienced crew threw down swiftly, efficiently, and were a pleasure to work with. They went above and beyond. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED ! : )

Difficult job, had to rope the cuttings, Gutter broke, a fence slat disappeared, cleaning could be improved. Miner issues. I would hire them again.

Customer service was horrible. First of all, on the day of service he never showed up. Two guys were sent to my home early that morning. One was the tree trimmer and the other guy asked me what else they were doing. Our service was to have some landscaping done also, but it was not my job to tell them what they needed to do. We were charged for work that was not done and Roper never got back to us after several calls. We are seniors and feel that we were taken advantage of. He should be removed from your list. I would really appreciate it if you can tell me how we can get reimbursed for the work they failed to do.

They do their work well

Roper employees were skilled and professional and did the work quickly. I also gave them another job to do while they were there, and they did a great job on that too. I couldn't recommend them more highly.

I had a dead oak tree that needed to be removed. The tree sat very close to my house with branches spread out over my brand new roof (I had re roofed a month ago). I didn't want anyone walking on my new roof if it could be avoided. William Roper came to look at the tree on a Saturday, scheduled me for tree removal on the following Wednesday. He came with a crane/cherry picker. The trimmer in the basket cut the branches that were over the roof and roped them down never walking on the roof. William Roper's crew of five were super careful, hard working and worked together as a team. They left my property clean and neat. I will be working with them again for certain.

Mr Roper is a man of his word If he gave his word. Itâ  s his bond. Not many left

Beware, they cut the tree down halfway through the job, charged me an extra $1,600, and then broke my concrete by dropping the tree stumps. I called them, and they said they would come see me; they never returned my call. Now my number is blocked.

I this Roper and his team, to landscape my front and back yards, construct a garden, do some needed concrete work and also install a sprinkler system. We had agreed on a set price, not only did he attempt to keep raising the price agreed upon, but he got so upset when I decided to omit a portion of the concrete work because he kept raising the price, and he also took the initial down payment and never returned! Leaving the entire project incomplete!!!! The sprinkler system was half installed and never hooked up, which includes PVC work and the electrical components, left my front and back yards unlevel with dirt and zero sod installed, the garden completely unfinished and none functional, and destroyed the gate to my backyard and did not even offer or attempt to repair it!!! He pretty much just took the down payment and disappeared, completely terrible businessman and in my opinion, a scammer, do not trust this person.
