It was a horrible experience. I asked if their wrought iron was bought prefabricated, and it is not. That is not true. I had asked for the new safety releases on the bars. I have the old fashioned safety releases that stick far off the wall. I asked him to paint the bars so that they matched the exterior of my home and that I would pay for high quality paint. The bars do not match and he used cheap paint. I will have to have the bars repainted. The bars are painted white, but were installed with black hinges.

I asked if they bought their wrought iron prefabricated, and they said they did not. That was not true. I asked about safety features on the bars, I told him I did not want the old fashioned ones that stick out of the wall. I was not here when he did the work and now I have the old fashioned safety releases, and have two big bars. I asked him if would be able to have the paint match the house and asked him to not use cheap paint. He did and I have to have them repainted. The paint on the bars does not match the paint on the house. The hinges are black, so I have white bars with black hinges. It was a horrible experience.

IT WAS MY FIRST EXPERIENCE WITH THE COMPANY, AND THEY DID GOOD WORK. THEIR PUNCTUALITY WAS GOOD. THEY SHOWED UP ON TIME, AND I AGREED TO THE PRICE SO I GUESS IT WAS GOOD, TOO.

IT WAS GOOD. I'VE USED THEM A COUPLE OF TIMES. THE WORK LOOKS NICE, AND IT'S OBVIOUSLY HELD UP. THEY'RE THERE WHEN THEY SAY THEY'RE GOING TO BE. IF NOT, THEY GIVE YOU ADVANCE NOTICE IF SOMETHING COMES UP. THEY'RE PRETTY PROFESSIONAL. THEY'RE VERY NICE.
