WHEN I TALKED WITH THEM, THEY SAID THAT SOMEONE WOULD BE OUT BETWEEN 9:30 AND 9:45. THEY CALLED AGAIN AT 10:30 AND SAID THAT THEY WERE ON THEIR WAY. THE GUYS FINALLY SHOWED UP AT 11:50. WHEN THEY ARRIVED, THEY SAID THAT THEY WOULD ONLY INSTALL CABLES ON THE EXTERNAL SURFACE OF THE HOUSE WHICH IS NOT HOW IT WAS INSTALLED BEFORE. I DID NOT WANT THE CABLES TO BE INSTALLED ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE HOUSE, I WANTED THEM TO INSTALL THE CABLES IN THE ATTIC WHERE THEY HAD BEEN INSTALLED PREVIOUSLY. SINCE THEY WERE UNWILLING TO WORK IN THE ATTIC I DECIDED TO CANCEL THE ORDER.

One of the room's installation did not work, the existing boxes were hooked up incorrectly, and one of the cables was installed in the wrong room. They came out a second time and that is when the fun started. They claimed that the satellite they installed was defective and they did not bring a back up dish so I would have to make a new appointment by calling Directv as they had many other appointments in the day. They then refused to install one of the cables in the correct room claiming that we had to pay for it. When I told them I took half the day off for this appointment and asked if they could return to their company and get the dish to install the day of the appointment they became belligerent and hostile. They insulted my wife and me and were very threatening. I tried to defuse the situation as I felt very uncomfortable with two hostile installers. I was concerned for my wife's safety. They eventually left after doing nothing. I contacted Directv and filed a complaint.
Description of Work: Directv contractor was supposed to install three HR receivers and a dish.
