Description of Work: They put me off for weeks then one morning an Atlas employee and their pump truck showed up w/ out notice, ran the truck into my sprinkler heads. I was desperate to have my septic tank pumped so let him drag the hoses down to my tank and turn on his pump. He only pumped for twenty minutes, meaning he only pumped out liquid on top, not the solids that had been collecting for twenty years. I really don't think he removed anything because my system backed up again a month later, He lost the top to the pipe connected to my septic tank (it rolled down a hill and he didn't feel like retrieving it.) He was wearing cowboy boots and looked like a crackhead. Do NOT use this company.
