ASO plumbing was responsive, professional and got the job done. I plan to use them again!

So glad I found Louie! He returned my call the same day I left my message. He indicated he was out of town for the weekend and could help me upon his return. He went on to say that he completely understood if I did not want to wait. The issues I had weren’t pressing so I opted to wait. He proactively called upon his return to schedule an appointment. He showed up on time, told me upfront the cost of each repair (toilet and kitchen faucet) and then showed me what he did to clear the mineral deposits in my faucet so that, if I chose to do so, I could clear it on my own and save myself a service call the next time it happens. On top of all this . . . he cleaned up the areas after work was complete (I think this is the first item I haven’t had to do some post repair clean-up). I was so please with every aspect of this appointment, I asked for several business cards to hand out to my neighbors.

Louie is great! He's easy going, trustworthy and good at what he does. Have hired him for more than one plumbing issue and have been pleased with his work and resolving plumbing issues.

I required major work in two bathrooms that consisted of demo to concrete for repairs in blockage to sewer lines and complete replacement of pipes underneath my house which is on a raised foundation. Louie explained very thoroughly what was required and also sent me before and after pictures. The work was done timely and I was very happy with the entire process. Very friendly and professional crew and I would highly recommend! I will be calling on them again for sure if needed in the future.

The job went well. Louie arrived as scheduled and was able to analyze what needed to be done. He went to work right away and repaired the gas line with ease. His knowledge and skills are outstanding. Louie was most courteous and professional. Thank you very much.

Louie Martinez from ASo plumbing has been my plumber for many years. We manage several properties in LA. He always picks up his phone and tries to fix our plumbing issues the same day if it is an emergency. Which has happened to me many times. He is very professional, skilled and reliable. He has maintained and fixed our water heaters. Replaced and installed 2 new water heaters. Fixed faucets. Maintains our instant water heater. Fixed leaks. I can’t say enough good things about Louie and I am so glad he is my plumber! I highly recommend him!!

I have known Luis for over 20+ years. He's a technician and a pro. He has done numerous jobs on my apartment building from main line repairs, excavations, problem solving pin hole leaks(definitely not easy for anyone), gas cut-off safety valve installations, sink fixture installations, drain clearing, bi-anual main line snaking and jetting. He's my rock and a straight trustworthy character with billing, and privacy of my tenants. I relocated to the midwest recently and wish I could have taken him with me on my new property ventures. Miss his professionalism dearly!

Louie was quick to answer all my questions and concerns regarding what I needed done. He was prompt and attentive, always making sure to let me know what exactly was needed and how he would be going upon doing the job. He never left work undone, always finished. My experience with ASO was fantastic. On time, with no delays, always on schedule, and very clean. I have not had a problem with any of the services done to my home and I do not foresee any issues. I was informed and explained very thorough about all the services that were done and what services were preventative services.

ASO plumbing is my future go to! Louie was not only professional but fair (which is a rare trait in the plumbing industry) he was able to fix my piping issues and water heater, I had two other companies come out, one was a complete waste and the other tried to rip me off on complete unnecessary work. Louie told me exactly what I needed (and didn’t) now I have hot running water and a longtime plumber for any future issues.

Awesome! I highly recommend this service. This is not the first time I’ve utilized his services and won’t be the last. Most recent job was to relocated my laundry room pipes and gas line. Previous work was to replace existing pipes within my home walls and bathrooms and carport. Louie is dependable, his work is neat and he explains the work to be done throughly so you know exactly what to expect.
