We found Tim on Craigs List and when we first met Tim, we told him exactly what we wanted to get done, and what areas to concentrate on with respect to the sofa (head rests). He came, did exactly what we asked, was relatively inexpensive and an overall nice guy. We did call him later to tell him that the headrest still looked dirty and wanted him to come back. He did so and told us that if it still didn't look clean, to let him know. He said that his job is based on referral and that feedback and customer service is important to him. Well, I called him back to let him know that it still didn't look "clean"...and it may just be the sofa, but for him to see for himself and give us his opinion. We set yet another date for him to come back. Even though Tim agreed to come back, he didn't show up at all for the appointment, he didn't call us to let us know that he wanted to reschedule, that he couldn't make it, nothing. We still haven't heard from him. I think that is extremely unprofessional and was a waste of our time waiting for him to show up. We did find another upholstry cleaner who did get the headrests clean.
Description of Work: Tim steam cleaned two set of sofas and an area rug.

Overall it went very well. I don't have any complaints. He was very punctual and professional. Once or twice he was a little late, but he called to let me know that he was going to be a little late.
Description of Work: He cleaned the carpets in my whole condo and including the carpets in my unit.

First off I thought the service was very cheap. They did really great for the price. I have no complaints and I definitely would recommend them.
Description of Work: I had about 3000 square foot of carpet cleaned in my condo by A Good Carpet Cleaner.
