They did a fabulous job. They were timely. They measured everythig to a T and everything fit the first time out. They gaurantee their work and their price was competitive.

The shutters had to be custom made and they did an excellent job. They contact me to come out and check the paint and make sure they aren't chipping and to do some maintenance/adjustments. They did these shutters for me 6 years ago and they look as good as new still! The only reason I left a B in punctuality is because they take longer to get the shutters in because they are custom made. They do an excellent job and have excellent follow up to maintain the shutters.

Sandy was on time and extremely professional and helpful when she came to our home to measure for a sliding glass door shutter. She brought samples with her and we decided that the shutter would be a perfect match for our existing wood shutters. The price compared to our other estimates was much less for the quality that Elizabeth Shutters offers. Sandy answered all of our questions and was wonderful to work with.

They installed our shutters on a rush job. Not only did they do a great job, they did it in a rush! They had to match shutters we already had, and they did perfectly in color and style.

Plan to do the 3 ASAP. So far very happy. Good suggestions for design to meet the peculiarities of our windows. On time delivery and the representative from Elizabeth Shutters, Clarice, was wonderful and helpful. The long term will be the test of the quality and durability of the shutter, but so far we are very satisfied and would/will use them again soon.

It turned out perfect. The quality of the product was great. The price was very fair for the quality of the product. The scheduling was pretty good. The price was better than the other estimate I got. The professionalism was very good.

We are the returning customer who requested three leftover windows w/o hardwood shutters. Their hardwood quality is excellent with robust hinges and flip pins, which is already proven from their first installation. They are thorough to match out shutter color with other wood decoration trims. Pricing is also very reasonable that she gave us a similar discount rate as previous work. Although, it took for six weeks after measurement to get shutters ready for installation. It is worth waiting for it. Their shutters are beautiful and brings us more value to the house. Definitely recommend.

Everything about our experience with Elizabeth Shutters was excellent. We dealt with a company which provided a quality product and has a knowledgeable sales and installation team. Before placing our order, we went to see the factory and learned that the company has excellent air quality management systems that allow construction and painting to take place with the highest degree of environmental awareness and responsibility. All the work is done in their Southern California plant. We placed our order on 5/11/2013 and our order was ready within 28 days as promised. We ordered 2 1/2 inch custom louver size shutters. The installation took about a full day - all window clearances were checked and all frames were installed with precision. The look and functionality of the finished product is beautiful. We would highly recommend Elizabeth Shutters to anyone looking for a quality product and installation experience.

Everything was great except they didn't have a way to lock the shutters in this installation but they came up with a dolution.

They did a beautiful job. The windows are extremely well crafted, easy to open, and fit perfectly. They made sure to measure accurately and make proper adjustments to ensure they fit perfectly. They arrived on time and completed the work with no issues. They fist came to give an estimate and everything was accurate. It took a couple of hours to install the windows. We spoke to a lot of different vendors and their price was very good especially for the quality of the shutters. They did a perfect job and we would probably use them again to install more shutters at that home. I was impressed that if you close the shutters, it significantly cuts down the heat in that room especially on hot days.

She was excellent, very personable and knowledgeable. She was very likable and easy to work with. She did not try to hard sell me. I ordered the shutters and they are coming back to install them.

Elizabeth Shutters installed custom shutters for windows and doors in 7 rooms in my house. These shutters are beautiful. They custom stained the shutters to match the casings I have. They made 2 trips from Corona to Northridge to make sure all measurements were correct on Saturdays! They sent stained samples and installed shutters on one window to make sure I am satisfied before installing all shutters. I have some fairly high windows (over 20 ft from the floor) and it is shaped in an angel. Elizabeth Shutters did a wonderful job to cover these windows with shutters. They are very professional and the quality just unbeatable. Also, they price is the best after getting estimates from more than 5 vendors. I would strongly recommend them to all my family and friends!

They did a wonderful job and they installers were very thorough. The product itself is extremely nice, easy to use, and has held up well. The price was reasonable and I was pleased with the service.

Anthony came out to do the measurements and explained everything they were going to do. The installers did exactly what they said they would do. However, the second time they did not give me a little bottle of paint in case I needed to make touch ups like they did the first time. Their service was wonderful. They were on time for every appointment They also called to ask when I was available to schedule the work. Anthony gave me a time frame of when the shutters would ready for installation and they were ready to be installed before the time promised. I was very pleased with the service and I would recommend them to others. I have received compliments on my shutters from other people.

They're excellent with the materials, installation, the price, and the whole thing. Nothing else compared. You get a higher quality product at an equivalent or lower price than some really cheap crap. They just proved to be excellent. It was a pleasant experience. I'll absolutely use them again and I highly recommend them.

sales person professional courteous and took personal interest in our interests. She stayed on top beginning to end.

They had an appointment at a time that was convenient for me, and the service person showed up right on time. He diagnosed two problems and made what we felt was a reasonable recommendation. Due to the age of our range, he found (while doing some searches on our behalf) that parts are very rare and thus quite expensive. The parts and repair costs would have cost us about $200 less than purchasing a very nice ($800 price range) new oven, so we did that instead. All well worth the very reasonable $65. I would definitely hire them again.

Everything went perfect. The estimate was to my liking. The ordering went faster than predicted. The installers came on time, worked efficiently and the work is beautiful. I absolutely recommend Elizabeth Shutters, in fact I already have.

Overall I rate this company as a 10. They took the time to explain all details and I appreciate the fact that the installers after the sales person came back out to do a second measurement just to insure that perfect fit. I look forward to doing business with them soon. I also like the fact that they build their shutters at there factory and have a lifetime transferable warranty.

Did not use this company for obvious reasons.

They were very professional and punctual. They came out, measured and gave me a quote on the spot. I decided to go with them, gave them a deposit and was called with in 2 weeke to schedule the installation. They were very neat and cleaned up afer themselves. After a month or so, the shutters still were very stiff. I called the company and they made an appointment for a service rep to come out. He arrived on time, adjusted the shutters and gave me some additional tips on how to care/use the shutters. I am very pleased with the product and service.

Elizabeth Shutters are very high quality bass wood, painted shutters. The salesman was totally professional, appeared on time and gave us an estimate quickly. We decided not to use Elizabeth Shutters because their only product is the wood painted shutter. We decided that we wanted to use a composite shutter, rather than the wood ones...just our personal preference. In addition, the solid wood shutters were considerably more expensive than the composites. However, I would recommend Elizabeth Shutters for anyone who prefers solid wood shutters. From my experience with the salesman, I believe the company to be a professionally run operation.
