DEWEY PEST CONTROL

Awful . see my below issues and found another BIG one and they still refuse to call me back! 1) Below shows a key missing from neighbor - turns out the owner took it 2) My NEVER used $1600 guest bath tub had dirt in it (I added the water to clean before I saw the glue and realized they used it to clean something) and a substance, like glue, polymer or? poured down the side. The picts are a bit hard to see .. but you can get an idea! DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE ..

Here are the issues: 1) Asked me to sign something stating they were not responsible for anything that happened/stolen from my unit ..saying this is standard but OF COURSE they would be responsible if their people did anything I refused and they said OK 2) Their people were smoking on our property while putting up the tent - we told them we do not allow this and Laguna Beach does NOT allow smoking in public ... upon return cigarette butts were found in the back area 3) They left trash on one of the units patios 4) The took my (portable) security camera and faced it down so it could not record 5) They went through a dish of keys (I had placed a battery on top and put the keys under stuff and took a photo - it was all moved around and the battery was moved 6) Another unity had their mailbox key stolen 7) All my freezer food was ruined . it was melted and refrozen (even an ice pack was (still is) frozen onto the bottom of the freezer. When checking how things were bagged they must have not closed the freezer all the way and found it on return and closed it.

The thing which stands out about them is their customer service and the fact that they will come back out again if I need them to. For example, last summer I had an ant problem and they came right back out to spray again. They are very good and perform a very good job. They are customer oriented and will come out and help me. They knock on the door or ring the bell when they are here to let me know that they have arrived and even call me before they come out. They come out at whatever time they tell me that they are going to come out and are always on time.

We have trouble with ants where we live, so if we have a problem in between visits, they will come out. Since they come out, we do not have problems with cockroaches or other pests. I think their price is average.

They come out in the morning. Its nice that they ring the door bell so you are aware that they are coming. The go around the house and do what they are suppose to do. They also leave a tag on the doors to let you know that they have been there.

I AM ALWAYS PLEASE WITH DEWEY PEST CONTROL. IVE NEVER HAD A PROBLEM WITH INSECTS OR BUGS,AND USING THIS COMPANY I WILL NEVER HAVE A PROBLEM WITH INSECTS OR BUGS. THE PEOPLE AT DEWEY ARE SO FRIENDLY AND CUSTOMER ORIENTED.
