Ivan company is very integrable honest, prompt. They are a great company I can trust.

Ivan did a great job on my very large back deck. He always checked in to discuss the process and update or issues we encountered during the process such as rotting wood or other issues. He was always on time and always answered his phone. He also made changes when we requested them.

Ivan took on a backyard project, replacing all fencing and installing a privacy fence next to our deck, he also built three planter boxes and tuned up the deck. Good work at a very good price.

My husband and I were very impressed with Ivan and his team. They were professional, reasonable, and completed our two bathroom renovation on-time and on-budget. They were also able to direct us to the best places to purchase furnishing and coordinated the pick-up which made the whole process much easier. I'd highly recommend Ivan and will use him for future projects.

Honest and Trustworthy

I'm seriously slashing my last review written for this contractor back in Feb. based on several incomplete projects that still remain incomplete. Ivan Rivera and his team came across extremely friendly initially and made us feel comfortable and like we were friends until we slowly realized that they were quick to collect on the money and leave with a LIST of incomplete projects. not to mention damaged personal items. We were very patient with them and the team until now. Almost 8 months later - Ivan has fled the project and does not respond to any correspondences. He gave us the run around for months that his team would return and finish our bathrooms and slowly stopped entirely returning our calls. Do not trust him with big projects or any projects where you pay him upfront (bc "he says he needs it for the materials"). He will run with your money and leave you hanging! Awful, awful experience!!!

Ivan and his crew did a MOST EXCELLENT job on the remodeling of my kitchen. I was sooo impressed with the completion of the work that I just wanted to stand in the middle of my kitchen and admire it (I didn't even want to cook in it - :-). I would recommend him highly to anyone who wants any type of contracting work done. I am extremely happy with the results. Thank you Ivan.

I thought this company is very professional, and does a great job. Ivan has a lot of experience, is courteous and trustworthy. I would highly recommend him.

Very pleasant but do have some extra costs

Ivan and his crew do excellent work. We had a couple issues during the project and when we spoke to Ivan they were immediately addressed to our satisfaction, even though it required going backward some steps and took more time. We highly recommend them as honest, fairly priced and good workers.

We had to do a kitchen remodel on a tight timeline and budget. Ivan and his team were able to accommodate both. As first time home buyers, we were quite nervous about the project, but Ivan was able to guide us smoothly through the planning and was always available through the build to answer questions and address any concerns.

If I had anything else to do I would hire him again, instantly

Ivan was amazing. He was available at short notice (under a month in the Bay Area!) and was so responsive. My husband and I are first time home buyers and were somewhat uncertain and indecisive about everything to do with the remodel. Ivan worked so patiently with us to figure out what we wanted / needed, made excellent suggestions, pointed us to all the right supplier resources, and was so communicative throughout the remodel process. He'a amazing and not at all condescending (as most contractors were when they heard about our relatively modest remodel budget). Other pros went out of their way to make it seem as though our work was literally not worth taking on. We were getting work done on the entire lower level of our house (plus a future kitchen remodel next march for which we'll 100% be using him again.

Ivan rebuilt our deck and replaced some flooring in my home. He is easy to work with, shows up on time, finished on schedule, and his prices are fair. My wife & I are pleased with the quality of his work. Overall a very good experience, will definitely contact Ivan again for other home projects.

Very honest and good quality provider. They completed the job with good communication and generally on time. I would use them again.

He built the deck and installed double French doors. The were clean, prompt and extremely professional. The value to me was priceless. I have useable space.

FIRST YOU SHOULD KNOW,IVAN IS A VERY NICE GUY AND EASY TOO WORK WITH. HE IS A GOOD LISTENER AND WILL OFFER SUGGESTIONS WHEN NEEDED. I WOULD RECOMMEND IVAN TO ANYONE LOOKING TO DO REMODELING. I WOULD HIRE HIM AGAIN.

We asked Ivan to repair the back wall of our house and he responded quickly with an estimate and an appointment. His crew showed up on time and immediately began work. Ivan understood what needed to be done and offered options that fit the budget. His friendly manner and hard work ethic impressed me. I recommend him.

There were several over run charges related to additional work that needed to be done for safety reasons. I should have asked how much these additional charges would be along the way so that I wasn't surprised by the additional costs. The workers cleaned up the area very well. There were problems with the installation of my new washer which delayed my ability to use it. I replaced my traditional water heater with a tankless and am not satisfied with the time it takes to get hot water.
