Description of Work: I will check on the price. They did great. Tank access was partially under a rock making it difficult to get to. The gentleman doing work had a difficult time digging and getting to lid that was under a large rock. Working with a broken PVC pipe that ran right over the lid, and under the rock, and trying to keep the rock propped up was quite a task. Through it all he smiled and joked about it. Great job, great guy.

Description of Work: Pump out full septic tank. They did not locate the tank, but had me to that. They did not dig down to the lid but had me do that.

septic tank, sewer cleaning
+ 0 moreI live in the country with a septic tank for my sewer waste. Toilet and sinks backed up on a weekend when we had guests over for a party. Thankfully we have 2 systems, so we used the facilities in the back of the house. I called Sudden service on a Sunday. They returned my call quickly, Gave me a flat rate estimate of $350.00 and set up the service date. The technician was punctual, driving a clean and nicely kept up service tank truck. He was personable and informative, clean cut and wearing nice respectable work clothes. He performed the required pumping and inspected my septic system. I followed his recommendations and the kitchen and restroom drains work better than before. He looked over the estimate on his paperwork, since my tank was smaller than the standard tank they service he called in to the office and got a reduced rate on my service call! He cleaned up and left the area in great shape.
Description of Work: We had our septic tank pumped out and inspected after our drains began to back up.

+ -1 moreSudden Service arrived early, located the access point and pumped out our 1500 gallon septic tank. He then repaired the area where the access point was found. The price seemed reasonable, but since we have never had our tank pumped before, we are not sure what price is customary for this service.

+ -1 moreMY EXPERIENCE IN WORKING WITH THIS COMPANY WAS GREAT. THEY CAME OUT ON TIME, DID QUALITY WORK AND CLEANED UP AFTER THEY WERE DONE. THEY PROVIDED GOOD SERVICE AT A GREAT PRICE. I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE.
