When my wife and I decided to re-carpet our home, we were given recommendations from friends and family of the carpet stores they used and liked. We decided to make up our own minds on who to use and started with Quality Carpet in Clovis instead, and we never looked back. Their name could not be more appropriate, as quality is what you'll receive from them. Quality service, quality products, quality installations, quality everything. They have a huge inventory of flooring products, and their display floor is quite impressive. We had an idea of what we wanted in terms of color and quality, but the choices were daunting. We felt so fortunate to have Ashley as our consultant. With her help, we made our decision in 15 minutes. She never rushed us, and always gave us 100% of her attention to answer any and all of our questions. She quickly gained our trust and put us at ease, and took excellent care of us to ensure we were getting exactly what we wanted. Ashley arranged for carpet installers to move the heaviest furniture out of the house and rip out the old carpeting, then come back to install the new carpet after the painting was finished, all within our project schedule. The carpet installers Ashley matched us up with were kind enough to place wood shims where the new carpet met our ceramic tile. We also had a specific requirement for window coverings, and Ashley did extensive research to find us the right product. We can't thank Ashley enough! In addition, we had a particular challenge during the project that Nick worked closely with us on to solve. Nick was unbelievably attentive to our situation that I must say he gave us the absolute best customer service I have ever experienced. It is because of Ashley's expertise and excellent customer care, and Nick's unfailing persistence to make us satisfied customers, that we give Quality Carpet a 5 gold star rating. We are so pleased with the results!

The show room floor was nice, but the prices too expensive. The insulation looked good but glue spots came through carpet and when you walk across feels like you walk on a golfball in different places. I was very unhappy with this and no one fixed this problem. Also, when the did bathroom they wont remove and reinstall toilet without adding extra money to your bill after they already gave you the quote.. VERY DISAPPOINTED with this company!! I would not refer to anyone.

They were very helpful as I had to back up the start date a couple of time because of the painters. Not the painters fault, things just happen. Moved the furniture and made the place livable the best they could. Covered the furniture and cleaned up everyday. Just a 10 % down at the start and no more payments until finished, about two weeks later. The finish work was just fabulous..

We went into Quality carpet on a Sunday 7/1/12 looking for carpet for out front room. Spoke with Gina and she showed us carpet with in our price range. She also explained to us about the different carpets and their warranty. She offered to come out that day with the samples to see how they looked in the room. Later that day she came out and we picked the carpet for the front room. signed the contract and made a date to have it put in.On 7/4/12 we changed our minds on the date to have the carpet put in. I spoke with Harry the owner and he was able to changed the date to 7/6/12. He was very helpful and pleasant.We are very pleased with our new carpet that they will be doing the rest of our house in the near future.
