Description of Work: They were supposed to clean and check pool chemicals. The individual was to come once a week. Missed days and when we called it was "he is running late" or "he'll come tomorrow" and then not show up. They have 2 good Techs but can't get either one to be assigned. Wife spoke with owner who seems to have lousy customer service attitude.

 + -1 moreI couldn't be anymore pleased with the pool service I have received over the past 25+ years with Pool Kingdom. They are timely, provide quality service, and my pool is in excellent shape because of their care and service to my swimming pool. If anything ever goes wrong with my pool (such as a leak by the pump) they come right over to fix it, they are very responsive.
Description of Work: I hired Pool Kingdom for regular pool service in 1986. They make sure the chemicals are correct each week, they provide preventative maintenance for the pool filter, motor and pool sweep. They immediately correct any problems as they may occur (torn nets, hose, leaks,etc.)

 + -1 moreI LOVE KNOWING THAT MY CHILDREN ARE SAFE WHEN THEY WANT TO GO SWIMMING IN MY POOL. A MAN FROM POOL KINGDOM COMES OUT ONCE A WEEK AND CHECKS AND OR TREATS MY POOL WATER, SO IT'S ALWAYS NO WORRIES.
