+ -1 moreMr. Claypool is now denying the sprinklers were shut off and has only offered to replant the dead plants and trees if we purchase them. We have checked prices for replacement plants and trees and found the cost to be near $300. He claims that our well is the problem, but the lawn has made a slight recovery after turning the sprinklers back on. Our well does pump down and not keep the pressure very high due to the drought, but it does provide some water for the sprinklers system. Mr. Claypool is threatening to put a lien on our property because I have refused to pay his last bill in full because we will have to purchase new plants.
Description of Work: Mr. Claypool came out to evaluate the situation at our house due to his people shutting off our sprinklers in order to mow the lawn and then forgetting to turn them back on. They were off from July 16th until July31st in 105 degree plus weather. We were gone from July 14th until July 30. When we returned home the lawn was practically dead and the trees and plants were very stressed for water.

+ -1 moreMy corner yard was really overgrown, they completely cutback the front and side yards and hauled it all away for $300. I hired them to maintain the front, side, and back yards ($40/week). They have been doing a great job this last month! They are not the cheapest around, but in the reasonable range and well worth the money.
