There were such a variety to choose from. The quality of the door was very good. I had to buy double doors. Because of the new city codes, I had to have another motor installed. I really appreciated that they were very quick with all the installations. I've only had to do one recall because I had accidentally tapped my light sensor and got it off track. They were really great about coming out to fix that and do cleaning.

Their price was reasonable. Everything was fine and it was a descent job. I would use them in the future.

Repairman arrived within stated time and repaired professionally in short order.

These guys are great! They came out to fix my garage door 30 days ago and couldn't find any overriding problem. They told me that my service call charge was good for 30 days in case my problem returned. At 30 days to the date, the door problem returned and so did the folks from Phillips. They found the problem, fixed it and didn't charge me again for the service. VERY IMPRESSIVE!

The experience was fine with them. They showed up when they said they would and did the work. The young man that did it was very nice and accommodating. Also I had a problem about 2 days later and the same young man came back and adjusted the door and fixed the problem.

The repairman arrived as scheduled. Although I have had one spring for the past 13.5 years the repairman assured me that springs are not made as well today as they were in the past and said according to their guidelines I needed 2 springs. So he installed 2 new springs and lubed all the tracks. My garage door is now much quieter when opening. The process was quick.

Our garage door quit working so we called them. They had installed the door. It turned out to be a simple problem and they tried to walk us through the fix by phone so we could save the service call. It would have worked, too, but we are unable to climb a ladder so we couldn't do it ourselves. We've had them come out before to do general maintenance on our door, and they always thorough and helpful.

Quick, professional, friendly service. I thought I was going to need two new doors and was VERY pleased with the result and cost. The 2nd door was serviced at no additional charge. Both doors operate more quietly now. Highly recommended. Will definitely use them for any future garage door problems. I HAVE NO COMPLAINTS ABOUT THEM. THEY CAME OUT AND SEEMED TO KNOW WHAT THEY WERE DOING. THEIR PRICE WAS CHEAP, BUT OUR INSURANCE PAID FOR PART OF IT, SO THATS WHY. THE MEN WERE NICE, AND I WILL CONTINUE DOING BUSINESS WITH THEM.

THIS COMPANY CAME OUT AND GOT THE JOB DONE QUICKLY, AND THEY REALLY SEEMED TO KNOW WHAT THEY WERE DOING. WE WOULD DEFINITELY HIRE THEM AGAIN BECAUSE THEY ARE SO RELIABLE.

THEY WERE VERY COURTEOUS WHEN THEY WERE HERE. WE HAVE HAD NO PROBLEMS WITH THE DOOR. THEY CLEANED UP THEIR MESS AND EXPLAINED HOW TO MAINTAIN THE LIFE SPAN OF THE SPRINGS.

THEY DID THE JOB. THEY CAME HERE WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD BE HERE. IT HAS BEEN WORKING FINE SINCE THEY PUT IT IN, ACCEPT FOR WHEN THE ELECTRICITY GOES OUT.
