We called Pacific Plumbing because our service pantry toilet had flooded for the third time coinciding with the use of our washing machine about eight feet away. By this time, I suspected we had more than just a clogged drain. The guys came, pulled out the toilet, ran a snake with camera through our system and discovered three spots where tree roots were obstructing the pipes. Luckily, we have crawl space under that portion of the house, so we didn't have to destroy the bathroom floor tile and subfloor. I never got other bids for the job. They were listed among the top three on Angie's list, so I used them.

Answered phone right away. Plumber showed up on time. He was polite,competent,and professional. I will use them again for any plumbing needs.

It went very well! David was professional, courteous & prompt with our request. Daniel was professional, courteous & very pleasant while working in our home. He did an excellent job! We were so satisfied with their work we had them back on January 4, 2013 to install a laundry room faucet. We highly recommend Pacific Plumbing!

HOME OWNERS BEWARE!!! I have even waited 3 days to calm down before writing this review so that I wasn't emotional when I did it. I called David Medez for a custom bathroom remodel. He insisted he was the only plumber in town who could get the job done right and on time. However he refused to come out to the house to give us an estimate, unless I paid him. David explained that he'd been in the business for "38 years" and he is the best at custom remodel plumbing so he didn't need to come out. I could explain what I wanted and he was so good that he could give me an accurate quote right over the phone. I explained what I wanted and he quoted me $4000. Then he asked for pictures of the bathrooms. After I sent the pictures the price went up to $5,500, but because it was 15 miles out of town that increased the price by $200 per day. Finally he came out to the house, and looked at the project. I walked him through the bathrooms, showed him a drawn out plan, and explained exactly what we wanted. He said no problem, however the price once again increased, and now to $6000. By now emotionally committed to get this job done and get it done right and on time because I have 2 weeks to move into our new house. A week goes by and it appears most of the work is done. There was a mishap with my initial $3000 deposit, which I quickly corrected by paying him the full $6000 in cash. MY BIG MISTAKE! Once the money was in his hands, he had total control and took advantage of us completely. He explained that the job would be 100% complete on Friday and I thought that it was. On Sunday night he calls me and says he still needs to finish up some work by running the last set of water lines to the tub faucet. So Monday morning rolls around and I show him the faucet which didn't come with a valve. I'm sorry but I am not Joe the Plumber and I have no idea what is needed to run plumbing. David once again gets short with me (he did this every day I worked with him) as if all this is my fault, says he's not sitting around while I go get a valve and if I want the job done it is now an extra $200 per day. I refused and so for $6000 I got an unfinished job. Also for $6000 he completely screwed up our shower. We explicitly told him, showed him, explained to him numerous times that our shower was going to be a "door less walk-in shower". He installed a standard drain that stuck out of the concrete slab 3 inches. Now we have to pour 3 inches of concrete to correct that and build a dam which is not what we wanted. He yelled at me saying that this was standard. I didn't ask for standard, I asked for custom, and he said he could do it. However he yelled at me saying I never told him about the walk-in shower. Although 3 other people confirmed they were there when I told him. Also for $6000 he left a 3 inch circular hole right through my ceiling and roof when he relocated a vent. He failed to mention that to me so when I asked he said "I'm not a roofer, you need to hire a roofer to fix that". This man will charge you more than he quotes; not finish the job and demand more money to finish it; not be clear with you regarding materials needed - resulting in you having to pay more; not pay attention to what you specifically ask for and instead do what he wants; take advantage of you; talk badly about you behind your back (confirmed by me and my remodel crew); yell at you; lie to you; and rip you off. I have absolutely no idea how he is still in business and urge you to find a different plumber to do any work on your house. Long story short, he got his full payment, and I have to hire another plumber to finish the job, a roofer to fix the damage he created, and I don't get the walk-in shower my wife and I planned for. Here's a tip if you still decide to work with David Mendez after reading my haunting experience: Only pay 10% of the entire job up front, don't give him another dime until you are 100% satisfied with the completed work. And make him repeat everything you tell him, even get it in writing that he understands. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED! BEWARE! BEWARE! BEWARE!

We had a sewer blockage. Called plumber. They arrived within an hour or so. They inspected the system and gave me options. They recommended installing a 4" clean out. This allowed for a larger snake tip to do a better job snaking the sewer pipe. The job got complicated and the price increased as they had to tunnel under cement to get to an elbow. They called the boss and got me a price break and they proceeded. They stayed late to finish the job and they did the job right,... Then I requested a shower cartridge changed out. Even though it was late and they really should of called it a day and gone home, they stayed to install the shower cartridge. ... These guys are hard workers and are concerned about doing the job right!

The plumber arrived on time, was very professional. He evaluated the leak and repaired it within one hour. The price was reasonable and we will use this company again as well as recommend it to our friends.

Daniel Saldana, the plumber, was on time, professional, wore booties (to keep things clean) during his visit. Most importantly he knew what he was doing and did an excellent job. All the work was completed promptly, efficiently, on budget and with no leaks. Additionally, I'm always impressed when service providers recheck their completed work to make sure customer satisfaction has been achieved.

I'm happy with the service recieved, the employee was on time and professional, did the work quickly, and made sure I was happy with the work performed before leaving. Overall I rate them as an A, especially because they came out within 2 hours of my call on a Sunday afternoon, however I rate their prices as a F because the $585 was just for labor, I supplied the hardware myself, I don't remember exactly how long he was there but it was somewhere around 2-3 hours, that works out to around $200 an hour. I'll will most likely use them again if I have a plumbing emergency because with their pricing structure I'll at least know up front what it's going to cost me, but with their rates I'll definitely be attempting the repair myself before calling them out.

I called them at 9:00 am on a Friday to get quote and they had it installed by 3:30pm. Did everything over the phone as I live in 400 miles away.

These fellows were great. Enthusiastic, friendly, helpful, quick, very very efficient. I was extremely happy with their service.

Very professional, did work requested and solved the leaking problem. We felt comfortable with him. And the company gave us an Angies discount.

They came in, dug a hole and replaced the broken pipe. I was so glad that they did not have to break apart the sidewalk. The guy worked directly under the sidewalk. The young man who came was very professional and friendly. I really liked them better than any of the big "name" companies I have tried in the past.

Great! He was on time and got right to work. I think I finally found a good plumber. His prices for very close to 2 other plumbers I called.

Although it's never fun dealing with these kinds of problems, the people we dealt with were nice, personable and got the job done. They did keep in contact with us when they were running a little late. So it's taken 2x now, and it's yet to be seen if there will be any problems in the near future, but we feel confident that this last time has done the trick.

I had a leaky valve and used Angies list to find a plumber call them and they did an excellent job but I was shocked at the bill

Talked to the company boss by phone and gave details. As advertised, I got an estimate by phone. Plumber arrived on time and accomodated my disability by calling me both on arrival and throughout the job as I requested. When questions came up regarding the solar tank, the guy called the boss and cleared what to do and then told me there would be a change in the phone estimate because of some needed extra flexible pipe etc. Job was done well, and at a much lower overall cost than another estimate for the same work. I rated the quality as good as the water heater was the same one offered by a competitor and apparently has a mid-range warranty. I did not get any warranty info., but assume I could contact the plumbing company or the manufacturer if necessary.

Short notice request for removal and installation of water heater. Description of water heaters available and selection process was below average. I jumped on the first model they recommended due to the tight time requirement on my part. The day of delivery there was confusion between Pacific Plumbing and the warehouse and the model they had requested was not available. I took what they did have available and have no complaints with the product. The gentlemen who did the work and delivered the water heater were personable and professional. I have had no problems with the work that was done four months ago.The whole process was quick but muddled and next time I'll ask more questions. Overall, I got what I needed and Pacific Plumbing was very helpful. I would recommend their services to others.

Plumber ran a live video camera so we could see which sections were broken and which looked alright. Replaced as needed with ABS piping . Minimal disruption - and good clean up after the job .

This was the best experience I've ever had with a plumbing company! David Mendez was extremely courteous and professional and provided the service at the price he quoted during our fist phone conversation. As opposed to other plumbers who claim they can only give you a price once they are on-site which I find is completely ludicrous, his price is perfectly set for the quality he delivers. No upsell with stories like (this is more complicated than for our basic price/service...) . He gave me some tips to do work myself (I do some DIY projecfts around the house). He came with a helper and that's nice. They clean the mess and they even wear slippers over their shoes to not make your house dirty. They also are effective and don't waste time. This is definitely one notch above and beyond. Their truck is also loaded with anything he may possibly need to get the job done right away. His work is guaranteed also. Lastly, he is extremely available and will even set evening and Saturday appointments. I'm going to be calling him for my future plumbing needs and also for our remodelling of the bathroom next year. I'm going to also recommend him to all my friends and neighbors.

I replaced the garbage disposal myself, but no matter how hard my friend and I tried we could not get all three of the mounting brackets aligned and started, while we pushed up over our heads at the same time. Finally had to give up and call a professional. He checked my work, installed the disposal and told me how he did it. I also had him replace the washers in the shower. I knew better than to try that without the proper tools. Very pleasant experience, he even took the time to explain that he was servicing the valves as he replaced the washers. He also checked the temperature setting on my hot water heater for me.

Everything was excellent and I will certainly use them again.

Our tenants called to report water was backing up in their bathtub. I called Pacific Plumbing, he quoted me the price, came out quickly and performed the service as promised. I paid with my credit card. I was happy with his service and would definately use him again.
