I tc plumber at 8am and by 9:30 the clog was cleared.

Very fast and very accurate. It was done in no time, I was very pleased.

Very prompt and professional service. Replaced valves and tested system. Even offered me a 10% coupon because I heard of them on Angie's List.

Started leaking again 1 year later. I didn't call to ask if they'd repair again for free. Probably should have.

They did the job well. Their cost is reasonable.

The job went very well. Good quality work but the price of $250.00 for about an hours work seemed high.

Plumber is prompt and knowledgeable, diagnosed and solved problem in minimum time.

In addition to the water heater they had previously repaired a broken water main and a sewer line in our rental house. They always arrived on time and explained exactly what they would do. The cost was lower than some other companies I had talked to.

The provider was called on recommendation from my daughter who had used them previously. They were able to come out early the very next day, installed the new trap and left the lawn/area as it was originally found.

They came on very short notice on a holiday weekend and installed a garbage disposal. The installation require moving some pipes to get it to fit.

Had a little trouble getting them on the phone. A little phone tag. Scheduled an appointment for Friday on Tuesday. But Eric was on time, figured out our problem, did a quick fix, and the fridge was cold by the next morning. And showed me how to prevent this issue in the future. Would definitely recommend Pacific Plumbing.

My house was built in 1999. James(plumber) couldn't figure out why there was no water going to that pipe. It had it's own 1/2" pipe but no water coming out. We cut off the existing valve to check the valve but still had no water. He just capped it off in case it ever did start working again. So how do I get water? I have to run a new line from the faucet to the fridge (I have an extra valve for this). I was quoted $450 for this to run copper from there to my fridge. My wife decided ice/water wasn't that important and we have some bigger expenses coming. We drink bottled water. We'll revisit this at a later date.

They did well, and showed up the same day we called them out. They arrived a tad later than expected because a previous job went a little long. However, we were glad that they came out in the early evening during a weekday to perform a slab leak detection. They identified the leak in the evening, and scheduled the repair for the morning of the next day. We were happy with their prompt service and the work they performed.

Well they were able to find the access to the mainline in front of the house. And they torn open the sewer line in the back. After they snaked the from both ends, they left; leaving a huge mess and a severed sewer line in the back. Later, while doing common sense trouble shooting before I re-assembled the line in the back of the house myself, and discovered quite a bit more work before the lines were all clean and ready to be put back together (long story but i had to rent a snake from home depot, and remove 10-15gallons of spilled sewage). Basically they charged $125 to come out, make a mess, act like goons who were counting down the seconds until the bare minimum amount of work was done so that they could leave. They were not interested in investigating the whole problem and leaving me with a working plumbing system. I would not use this company again for any reason. To their credit though, the were able to show up and start work 15 minutes after i called.

Service was prompt, professional and reasonably priced . I called on a Saturday morning and a technician arrived within the hour.

Fast, courteous. A bit more expensive than we expected but not exorbitantly so. Somebody put too many potatoes down the disposal so we had a huge clog. Repair man arrived on time and was finished within 25-minutes. Pacific Plumbing will be our first call if we have plumbing issues in the future

We frequently have roots in our line that we have to have rooted out so I am always on the lookout for a GOOD plumbing outfit! I have found them! My appointment was for 9:45, I got a call then saying they were running behind, but would be there within the hour, and they were. Dan (I think?!) rooted out my line with no problem and gave me an estimate on a new yard trap, which will be our next project. (price sounds pretty reasonable, too) I was very nervous, as sometimes rooting out our line doesn't always go well, and I had a bad experience with the LAST guy we had out. But Pacific Plumbing was fantastic and we are once again root-free for now! He even said that I could save my Angie's List coupon for the big job to come later, and I said, but it's a "1st time" coupon, and he said it was okay, they would still honor it... :-)

All went well. We called late on a Sunday so we had to paid a higher rate than if we'd called during the week before 5. However, we did get the 10% deduction for using Angie's list. ($18.00 from a $180.00 bill) .Daniel was prompt, friendly, competent and professional. I wouldn't hesitate to call them again, although I'd try to make it during business hours at $125.00 for the same work.

Courteous, on time, professional. Quoted prices ahead of time...no surprises. Cleaned up afterwards. Very satisfied.

Went fantastic!......don't know why I put up with the problem as long as I did since Dan and Paul were immediately helpful on the phone, came right out within 1 hour even though this was not an emergency. They honored their promise over the phone as to estimated cost (actually even lower since they accepted the first time Angie user discount I printed out). and made quick work of the repair and recommended solutions for the future. Wore booties over their shoes to protect my floors.....cleaned up the bathroom and everything right after......and even made a quick no charge repair to a slow sink nearby while they were here. These guys are GREAT and this company is GREAT. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

When called, Pacific Plumbing had appointments available immediately and were able to work around our work schedules. The plumbers, David and Paul, arrived on time for our appointment. They were courteous, professional, and appeared to be very knowledgeable. They took their time explaining what was necessary to complete the job. They cleaned up after themselves, polished the sinks and plumbing fixtures, and demonstrated the features of our faucets. We had no previous experience with this business, but would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. Their prices were reasonable, the hours were flexible, and they were available immediately. We look forward to doing business with them in the future.

Instead of patching a portion of sewer pipe because of blockage, found it advisable to replace the total pipe to the main trap. The owner and his crew worked a day and a half trenching, cutting away a portion of the patio cement, replacing the pipe and re-pouring the cement for the patio. Other days were used to replace all the kitchen sink pipes and snaking the lines. The owner honored his Angie's List coupon even after giving me a discount because the work was more extensive than originally thought. I would absolutely recommend this company. They did an excellent job.

Called to schedule an appointment to have work done. He called me back and said he would call later to schedule a time. He did not call back.

Very responsive and prompt. Professionally knowledgeable and competent. Fairly priced considering nature of emergency and materials required.
