Super Happy with this Co.. They swung by the same day on their way home from work to evaluate the situation & gave me a quote. Followed through efficiently & went above & beyond with the clean up & replacement of my water heater. Very polite & respectful, just great guys. I have finally found a company who does great work & they don’t take advantage of you financially. I highly recommend Nelson Plumbing.

The guy showed up on time. He had all the materials with him to complete the job. I went with this company because they used a higher quality water heater compared to a Home Depot or Lowes brand. He was less than the big plumbing companies and he was only 50 dollars more than the lowest price quote I got for the job. They gave me a quote by pictures I sent, I did not want to have a company come out and inspect and give me a quote and than they have to come out again to install the water heater. I am glad I went with them and I recommend them for plumbing needs. I will be using them in the future.

We hit is off the first moment we interacted, and he promised that he had the lowest price for the service. I am taken aback that he did everything and beyond, and still charged the same low price. On top of all of that, Joe Nelson is simply a NICE, professional, kind and knowledgeable person!! Very pleased with Joe and his Company.....I would highly recommend to anyone!! He even came out on a Saturday for a non emergency toilet repair and did not charge any extra than weekly rates!! After my last plumbing repair service with a big name franchise service, there is NO comparison!! I only wish I had known about Joe Nelson sooner!! Thank you very much!!!
