Description of Work: I discovered I had a "termite problem" and was very panicked, especially since it was right before the New Year's holiday. I contacted them through Angie's List. Matt Morse met with me, and he was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and prompt. I learned a lot about the difference between subterranean and dry wall termites, and was totally relieved to discover that I did not need to have my home "tented". I had envisioned that the cost of service would be in the thousands, but was pleasantly surprised to find out it would be less than $1,000. He answered all of my questions, and I signed a contract that same day. The termite service was scheduled at our mutual convenience. Their service is exceptional -- professional, courteous, punctual and caring. I was obviously quite worried about my "termite problem", and Matt was very reassuring and helpful. He even fixed a problem I had with the sliding glass door! I also enrolled in their monthly pest control service, something that I've wanted to do for a long time, but kept putting off. I guess it took a termite scare for me to start the pest control service! I also have 2 dogs that stay in the back yard when I am not home. They are not ferocious, but can be overly cautious! Both Matt and Daniel (pest control tech) made a point of befriending them, which I very much appreciate!! Their customer service is outstanding - reminder phone calls and follow up calls after service was performed. I would recommend this wonderful company to anyone in need of their services. They provided me with much needed peace of mind AND fantastic service. I can't thank you all enough!!!

Description of Work: A sub contractor was hired to tent the house and gas the termites. Damage was caused to the shingles, vents, a/c parts and gutter. A fixes were made but not to original condition/looks.

Description of Work: They come out for me once a month. I have been using their service for about a year. They spray the exterior of the home and leave an invoice in the screen since I am not home when they do the service.

Description of Work: We use Morse for ongoing annual termite control (the cost of service stated is for the annual inspection and treatment as necessary), and have used them for termite elimination in the past as well as monthly pest control services. They are prompt,friendly, and very professional.

I had a bug problem at my house so I called and MORSE TERMITE AND PEST CONTROL was there the next day to resolve the problem. I now have a monthly contract and I am very happy with the service provided.

Description of Work: Unfortunately, we had a water leak and subterranean termites got into our home. Mr. Doug Morse came out and told us the real situation and fact that treatments stop the termites from coming back for only so long and that if they're in the vicinity, then, they can return if there is another water source that invites them in. Sub-termies don't normally attack above ground as they need water to stay alive in the open air. They treated the entire perimeter of the house and crawled under and treated under thy sub-flooring/crawl space as we have peremeter foundations. Doug and his son were great with respect to being on time and taking the time to explain their course of treatment. The could not make one appointment, but, were thoughtful and professional enough to call ahead of time and reschedule. We will be converting to their monthly service even though it is more expensive because of the personal care and service that they provide.

Description of Work: Morse has been the best home pest control company we have used. We started with Morse about 6 months ago and glad we did. We have always had ant problems and so far, this year is by far the most "ant-free" year we've had. They do a great job and I would reccommend to anyone.
