Description of Work: The owner called 2 days after I paid for the painting of the house. He came out 3 days later for estimate. He told me I would get estimate in 2 days. After about 7 days received a call from contractor to set start date. I told them not until I have the written estimate and they sent it a week before. No estimate until March 28 when I contacted the contractor. I was told that it was sent again by e mail. They tried to sent to me at that time and then tried to send it to another persons e mail. No estimate. They told me they would send it by snail mail......WAITING............

Description of Work: THE COMPANY RESPONDED PROMPTLY. TODD MILNE CAME TO MY HOUSE 3-17-13, LOOKED OVER THE EXTERIOR OF THE HOUSE TO BE PAINTED, THEN ON 3-20-13 I RECEIVED HIS ESTIMATE VIA e-MAIL, AT WHICH I DECLINED BECAUSE I THEN REALIZED THAT ON MY SENIOR PENSION I COULD'T AFFORD THIS PAINTING JOB.

Description of Work: I needed to have drywall hung on a half wall under my counter and the drywall above my counters repaired. I also needed a piece about 4 by 7 inches installed. The repair work is great, but the installation of the drywall didn't go so well. I had to install some trim under that counter where the installer left a gap that was about 1.5 inches. There is still a gap on the corner that I have to some how figure out how to conceal. I also had a piece of drywall installed in my bathroom. Upon leaving, I was told to fill gap with caulking. Unfortunately, caulking will not fill a nearly 2 vertical inch gap! I had to have them comeback and redo it. Which they did.

Description of Work: Very punctual and professional from day one. The owner gave us an estimate on a Sunday, much appreciated since both my husband and I work allot! Todd (the owner) is also very good with email and texting, which is also a great help with busy schedules. The job included exterior paint on my two story stucco house, gutter repair, stucco repair, and re-routing a pipe that drains condensation from the central air. The job was completed in 4 days (had to stop for rain) on Christmas eve! It looks great! I liked their work so much I am hiring them to paint our pool fence. Affordable, friendly, hardworking and professional, will recommend them to my friends and family without hesitation.
