Our XMS product will help businesses collect and deliver documentation securely and without using attachments via email. Our cloud solution features the ability for a business to send templates to customers and receive responses organized and encrypted. We have a history working with major financial institutions and have incorporated learnings into the subscription product. We are an owner-operated small business and we incorporated in 2015. We offer reasonable hourly rates tuned to what function is being asked and a no nonsense approach to solving and troubleshooting problems. Markus, the owner, took the time to repair and research options, explaining to me what he was doing, gave me options to do myself at home before bringing them in. He was professional, patient, and I highly recommend him to anyone with computer issues. His price is far less than ‘big box’ stores, he returns replies quickly, is knowledgeable, and kind.
Description of Work: Brought in two computers: one was older and I couldn’t log in and the other has a black screen, seemed almost dead.
