Nice young businessman. Called me and he was at my home the same afternoon. Added some Freon that I needed and checked out the whole unit. He is checking to see if I have warranty on my unit. I could not find my purchase paperwork. I will use him again ad do recommend him

Brent was on time and goes over everything with you so you understand what he checked and cleaned in the AC unit. He really did very good job. I would reccomend him to anyone. Thanks again.

Brent was punctual, personable, and knowledgeable. He showed as components that were worn, and could fail, and replaced them. He later sent photos of the parts he replaced. I will definitely call Kasner's Heating and Cooling when service is required.
