Description of Work: John put drywall up in our guest bath and textured the walls after I had demo the bathroom. Many contractors weren't willing to do such a small job. He did excellent work, in a very timely manner. We appreciated his attention to detail and his very reasonable price to do the job. We would definitely hire him again.

Description of Work: Removed all wallpaper and retextured two bathrooms. Excellent work! Also installed can lights in closets. John is very reliable and an excellent craftsman.

Description of Work: Removed bad ceiling tape & finish in 3 car garage . Repaired small spots dId not refinish. That would have been an additional $1,800.00. Also removed and replaced warped beam in garage. Replaced wallboard in in a 4 X 8 area. Refinished a Crack in living room ceiling.

Description of Work: My new oven from Sears, installed by Sears, was not installed properly, in fact shoddily. John removed the oven and diagnosed the issue, reconnected it with the proper nuts and wiring and got it back up & running again. He was courteous, honest, and provided a lengthy invoice stating the issue for me to contact Sears to make a claim against their installation services. |John took the time to answer my questions about various electrical improvements I would like to make, and made some great suggestions for how to solve some of my home's electrical, plumbing and other issues.

Description of Work: He fixed the problem on a temp basis as I needed a plaster to finish. the stucco under the roof eve was coming down. He re-nailed the plaster with proper size nails. worked quickly, and did a very good job. Very good person

Description of Work: John fixed 2 major cracks on bedroom ceiling drywall. Instead of just taping it, he reinforced drywall with screws and nails then taped and putty the ceiling. He added texturing. Replaced 2 doorknobs, fixed backdoor which kept sticking and replaced some door hinges. When door didn't close securely he came back immediately and fixed it. What I liked was that he offered several ways to redo a job often offering a cheaper way to fix it.

Description of Work: Removed tile and repaired entrance to Shower Stall. Relocated and installed and wired Electrical GFI outletabove sink in Bathroom. Filled settling cracks, taped and applied joint compound and textured walls and ceilings in living room, dining area hallway and kitchen. Removed sheetmetal ducting from previous water cooler and removed old floor furnace and patched hole in living room floor from floor furnace. Installed and grouted a missing piece of tile in bathroom floor. Installed threshold in doorway to bathroom and trimmed bathroom door to allow for tile and threshold.
