GOLDEN VALLEY PEST CONTROL

This pest control service was the one my mother had used before she moved to a board and care home. We talked personally with Tim, the owner, at the mobile home and was assured the price would not go up since we would now be paying for the service. The understanding was that he would continue to service on a monthly basis. However, a month or more went by and he did not come to spray. There were bugs on our deck and in the kitchen. The park manager did not give this company a good recommendation, so I decided to cancel this service. I couldn't get them to answer me back on the phone to tell them this. Finally I did talk with one of their employees and was going to give them another chance, but what the park manager and the maintenance person of the mobile home park said kept coming back to me, so I did cancel this company and went with a different company, one more professional and reliable, although a bit more expensive. The overall impression I got when talking with Tim is that he took care of a lot of seniors and felt they didn't always know what they were talking about. He said my mother had accused him of not spraying one time, so although he had (so he said), he did the spraying again without charge. I was told later that he used very weak pest killer, and it was even suggested to me that he just used water in his tank. I don't think this company is as professional as I would like to deal with, and I would caution anyone who is considering using them because of the low price, you get what you pay for.

I have been using Golden Valley Pest Control for about ten years now. I will continue using them.

I REALLY HAVE NO COMPLAINTS ABOUT THEM. THEY GET THEIR JOB DONE, AND THEY DO IT WELL. I'VE USED THEM FOR THE LAST SIX YEARS AND WILL CONTINUE TO DO SO BECAUSE I TRUST THEM TO DO WHAT I NEED DONE.

WE GET A DISCOUNT BECAUSE I HAVE THEM SPRAY A MULTIPLE OF PLACES. I HAVE A BAR, A LIQUOR STORE AND MY BROTHERS HOUSE SPRAYED. PLUS MY HOUSE, THAT'S 4 PLACES THAT THEY SPRAY FOR ONE LOW PRICE.

I THINK THEY DO A REALLY GOOD JOB. THEY TAKE CARE OF ANYTHING I NEED AND WHEN NEEDED. THEY WILL COME TO MY HOUSE WHENEVER I NEED THEM. THEY DON'T LEAVE UNTIL THEY HAVE THE JOB DONE.
