+ -1 moreRefer to work performed. We really feel 'suckered' by these folks. They sure talked themselves up, then didn't produce at all. In many cases they made things dirtier than they were before they arrived. It's only 2 of us - we aren't messy people - just looking for a good cleaning service. It sure isn't FSC. Their concept of clean is far from reality and I TRULY am NOT picky - I just wanted a clean house! I let them know mopping my floors was my #1 priority. They did them last & spent no more than 5 minutes on them all. They didn't even sweep them first, just sprayed some goop and smeared it around. Did bathrooms, kitchen, dining, breakfast and front room floors WITH THE SAME MOP & NEVER ONCE RINSED THE MOP - NEVER!!! Later, if a SINGLE drop of water got on the floors it turned them into a Slip 'N Slide & several times I fell - it took my pour husband over 4 straight hours and NUMEROUS scrubbings to finally wash that goop off! Save the hassle - hire someone else. FSC's a rip-off!
Description of Work: WHAT A NIGHTMARE - work promised NOT done - what little work DONE was done VERY poorly. In addition to routine cleaning PROMISED to move & clean under & behind furniture, wipe baseboards, scrub counters, clean cupboards, polish bathrooms, clean ALL floors, wash all windows, sills & frames. They didn't even sweep floors, just one 'go-over' with ZippyClean, never rinsed. It took my husband 4 hrs, on hands & knees to get that goo off and remove the horrific streaks they left. Windows were streaked, didn't TOUCH the frames, tracks or sills (all dirty/dusty). Don't know WHAT they did with the toilets & tubs but within 5 days there was scum growing in all (never occurred before). Cobwebs remain. FURNITURE NEVER TOUCHED. Cabinets were Pledge'd NOT scrubbed. It goes on but I've no more room. They've also a no-name window washing service @ 299-2404 so beware. AND - BOTH kept going outside smoking & brought the stink back in with them - home smelled like stale smoke for a week. YUCK!
