 + -1 moreApproximately 3 weeks prior to this posting, I contacted Fresno Alarm via telephone to request a quote to install an alarm on my roll-up garage door. I spoke with a guy who identified himself as the owner and advised him on what I was looking for. He stated that he did not need to come out to see the door, and gave me an estimate over the phone. He then stated that his son would be contacting me within a few days to set up an appointment for the instillation. Today is 2/13/14, and I still have not heard from anyone.
Description of Work: I was looking to have an alarm installed on my roll-up garage door due to a recent burglary/attempt vehicle theft. Also, to replace a motion detector inside my residence.

 + -1 moreInstallation went well. Services provided by business owner, Bob Williams, and his son, Cody. Cody provided a good training session. Motion detectors installed an all window and doors. Also installed across open spaces. One of the sensors became displaced a few days later. Cody came right out and fixed the problem. Very pleasant people.
Description of Work: Installed home security system. Paid for system and monitoring for the first year.

 + -1 moreTHIS COMPANIES SERVICE WAS GREAT. THEY CAME ON TIME, DID THE JOB WELL AND THE EMPLOYEES WERE VERY NICE AND HELPFUL. I HAD A GREAT EXPERIENCE WITH THIS COMPANY AND I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE IN NEED OF SIMILAR SERVICE.

Description of Work: I HAD THEM COME TO MY HOUSE AND REMOVE THE OLD BRAIN BOX TO MY HOUSE ALARM SYSTEM, THEN THEY INSTALLED A NEW ONE SO I COULD HAVE KEYLESS ENTRY.
