Freedom Plumbing

Keith came to my home to see what he could do about a slow drain. He fixed a leak by replacing a part, and then he said he would have to come back about the drain. I never heard from him again. He was recommended by a friend, and he has been back to my friend's house twice since he was here. She mentioned me to him, and he said something like "Oh yeah, I have to call him" Well it has been over a month, so I am not expecting that call!

I believe he over charged me by $4,000. He brought a helper along with him. He broke my hot water heater when removing it and insisted I buy a new one from him. He charged me $850 and said he was giving me a deal.

Did a good job with the jobs he did. Later, I asked him to install new water heater, order it, etc. Never got it ordered or followed updespite 2 or 3 requests. Seems like a good guy and knowlegeable, but never followed up on my propane water heater job; so I found another plumber who put it in (and I didn't have to "hound" him to get it done). A bit disappointing, because he was a likable fellow and did good work once on the job.

He walked through the house and yard getting my description as to what I needed. He then explained what he would do and explained that some items that I thought would need to be replaced only needed minor repairs, or to be tightened. A couple of the items he did as we walked. He then got had to get some parts, and I started to tighten a couple items he said he would do when he got back. I forgot to clean out under the sink, so I also did that while he was gone. He completed all of his repairs as mentioned earlier. Before leaving he gave me some how to advice regarding my plumbing needs and preventative measures. He originally gave me a price for everything except the drip system, since he said he could not measure how much trouble he would incur with it, (there had been pipes added since it was put in that would make it difficult to get out, and he need to add parts that should have been put in to begin with, and space was not allowed for the addition of the parts). I felt his original bid was quite reasonable, and the additional amount was as well. Good natured guy that I felt was very honest. Enjoyed doing business with Keith.

He fixed the problem. At first, he thought the faucet was one they don't make anymore. He took a picture of it and he got down to the bottom of it. He sent the picture somewhere and they told him what part he needed.

Keith was responsive and able to come do the job sooner than another plumber I was trying to get. I was very pleased with Keith's friendliness and he was a pleasure to work with. He did exactly what he said he would do and the estimate was accurate. His costs were reasonable for the amount of work done. There were no surprises. He cleaned up after himself along the way and seemed to go the extra mile. I plan to have Keith continue to help us as we update our next bathroom and would highly recommend him to anyone who needs a plumber.

I had problems with a clogged kitchen sink.. I called Freedom Plumbing and left a message regarding the problem. I promptly received a call back and an arrangement was for him to come out that same day. He arrived at the appointed time, was reasonably priced and personable. It was a pleasant experience and I would definitely use him again and will refer him to my friends

I called the day before I wanted the job done. He said he would come between 8 and 9. He arrived at 8:30, did the work in about 20 minutes, and charged a lot less than other plumbers I have used in the past.
