 + -1 moreFireplaces Plus demanded payment in full before they would begin the job. The completion time went beyond the expected time and I was lied to by two company representatives regarding the completion time, which caused me to host a dinner party without the use of my outdoor kitchen, but rather with a borrowed BBQ and my home kitchen. I consider the job incomplete due the the following: My refrigerator is set nicely in the slot, but has no power running to it, as they stated electrical was not in the contract; There are gaps and holes between equipment and structure that will allow dust, etc. to enter the structure; One set of metal doors is not set in place, and the response of Fireplaces Plus for this was "there are four screws that you need..." (I hung up after hearing that). When they refused to come and attach the doors or hook electical up to the refrigerator, I asked "So you are not going to complete the job?" They stated they were done with the job.

 + -1 moreMY HUSBAND AND I ARE VERY PLEASED WITH THE INSTALLATION OF OUR NEW FIREPLACE. THEY WERE VERY DEPENDABLE AND ALWAYS ON TIME. THEY ALSO FINISHED THE JOB ON TIME. WE WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO ANY ONE.
