Description of Work: Button to open microwave would not work. Frank removed the microwave and was able to find the part needing to be replaced. He got it done in a timely manner. Perfect repair!

The card included all relevant information, including his Appliance Repair license number.? He was personable, helpful and professional.? One of the better experiences I've had with a repair person.? He was not horribly rushed and spent an appropriate amount of time ensuring that the problem was diagnosed correctly. Definitely would use him again!
Description of Work: Diagnosed and repaired timing issues with dryer and ordered parts necessary for a follow up to completely address the problem.
