Donnie Brooks Paving

The recent slurry seal application was the latest of three times we used Donnie Brooks Paving's services. Mr. Brooks stopped by to check on the condition of our driveway, which I had already decided needed resealing. He inspected it, gave the $400 quote, and agreed to do the work the next day at a time that was compatible with my family's schedule. After cleaning the driveway and applying a coat of sealer, Mr. Brooks determined that a second coat was needed, and applied it-- at NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE. The results were completely satisfactory, and we will continue to use his service and recommend him to friends. Background Note: We first met Mr. Brooks about 5 or 6 years ago. He was preparing to pave our neighbor's driveway, and asked if we would like ours done while he was in the area. Since we live 18 miles from town, we don't often get salesmen at our door, and we were very skeptical. However, Mr. Brooks contractor's license was valid and he had a good record with the Better Business Bureau, so we decided to give him a try. My husband was once controller for a paving company (in another region of California) and thought the price quoted for the job was very fair. We have both been completely pleased with the initial paving and both follow-up seals.
