We called service places to get an estimate for a glass table top. Clovis Glass had the most affordable estimate and had the top ready within 24 hours. The top fit beautifully and we are very pleased.

Slow, Poor customer service. And had to listen to the same bad jokes on hold each time. Replaced window seems fine. Install job when they got here seemed competent.

Clovis Glass repaired screen doors for us (and on another occasion replaced a window). Their service and quality is excellent and do not overcharge. The service reps are hard-working and pleasant, with a can-do attitude. (A side note-I accidentally missed an appointment with them one very hot day - I was mortified but when I called them to apologize they were very nice about rescheduling) We highly recommend them and would use their services again. You may need to phone them yourself if you need to check on any orders pending in their shop, but don't let that put you off- their office staff is very courteous and competent and will get back to you, but my impression is their office is extremely busy (which isn't surprising).

When we purchased the house, one of the outdoor facing french doors had the outer glass pane broken. One of the stipulations of buying the house was that the seller would fix the window. After purchasing the house, before moving in, we were at the house when it was raining, and there was water trickling in between the window unit and the door. Dave came out looked at the sealant around the outer edge of the window unit and told me that the problem was when the glass was replaced, whoever did the work didn't properly seal the outer face of the glass against the window frame in the door. The work took about 30-45 minutes, and Dave showed me the results after he was done. Overall, great work and it saved me a ton over having to buy a whole new window unit!

In 2008 the whole process of purchasing and installing the windows went smoothly. This year I have worked with the office staff to get quotes and submit the final order. Installation will happen in few weeks. Very timely service overall.

Our HUMONGOUS sliding glass door was dragging terribly. We called Clovis Glass Friday morning around 9:00 am. I spoke to Ron regarding the need for new rollers on the bottom of the door. He said they could come in a week and it would be $150. for the parts and labor. We agreed and were glad to have it scheduled. Well, about 3 hours later, Nick the serviceman that was scheduled for Nov. 5, called and asked if we'd like to have it done right away as they managed to have a little more time than they'd expected. We immediately jumped on that and said "YES PLEASE". Nick and a helper were here within 20 minutes and had the new upgraded rollers (we originally had only two now there are two units with two rollers on each) they were finished in about 30 minutes and for the original $150. They lubed the tracks and now the door glides like a dream. They were even nice enough to say hello to Winnie my Corgi so she wouldn't be upset at hearing strangers in the house (she's my very short, friendly, watch dog) we locked her in her room so she wouldn't disturb them with her kisses, but that made her bark, so once she greeted them adequately, she quieted right down. We are very pleased with this company's service and professionalism.

I called Clovis Glass to get an estimate to replace the screen on a sliding glass door. She asked me to measure the old screen so I had to call her back. I got the measurements and called her with the dimensions. We were also having problems with some of our windows operating properly. I had purchased replacement sash balancers to repair the windows (but could not figure out how to install them) so I asked if they installed them and she said yes. She gave me a total for the services, set up an appointment time, and also told me the service-person's name who would be coming to perform the work. The service-person called the morning of the appointment to confirm the appointment time and called again when he was on his way. Fernando repaired the windows first, then installed and adjusted the new screen door. He also adjusted the screen lock on the door frame. When the work was finished Fernando brought in an invoice. The invoice total matched the quote to the penny.

The window replacement job went extremely well. It was raining that day, and the installers were careful to keep the mud/leaves outside with them. The installers were very professional. What was scheduled to be a two-day installation job was finished in about four hours.

They are really good. They are personal friends of ours. We used to be in the glass business. They have got a pretty good reputation. I have no idea how much we spent. There is nothing we dislike about them. We would use them again in the future.

They were wonderful. I had them come back to do something else and they were very prompt and professional.

Very helpful and knowledgeable overall. One major problem; 4 of the windows came in the wrong size. They either measured wrong or ordered wrong. It took 2 weeks longer than they estimated for the new windows to arrive, one month. Otherwise it was pretty smooth. Clean up was good, not great. We were also told by installers that inside the frame roller shades would be OK. Fastening anything to the window frames would end the lifetime guarantee by Milguard, the window manufacturer. We have to buy window treatments that will not fasten to the frames.

OVERALL, A VERY GOOD EXPERIENCE. I'D USE THEM AGAIN.

I WAS VERY HAPPY ABOUT WORKING WITH THIS COMPANY. THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND VERY RESPONSIVE WITH US. I ALSO THOUGHT THE QUALITY OF WORK THEY DID WAS OUTSTANDING.

THEY DID WHAT THEY WERE SUPPOSE TO DO. THEY CAME AND INSTALLED MY WINDOWS. THE MEN WERE FRIENDLY AND PERSONABLE, AND REALLY SEEMED TO KNOW WHAT THEY WERE DOING. I THOUGHT THEIR PRICE WAS EXPENSIVE, BUT THAT WAS THE ONLY DOWNFALL.

I THINK THEY DID A GREAT JOB. THEY HAD ALL OF THE WORK DONE IN ONE MORNING. THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL, AND THEY QUALITY OF THEIR WORK IS OUTSTANDING. I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE.

I LOVED EVERYTHING ABOUT THEM. THEY WERE FRIENDLY AND THEY ANSWERED ANY QUESTIONS THAT I HAD. I ENJOYED TALKING TO THE MEN AND I KNOW I WILL DEFINITELY HIRE THEM AGAIN.

THE GENTLEMAN THAT CAME OVER KNEW THAT THE SLIDER WASN'T RIGHT AND IMMEDIATELY CALLED THE MANUFACTURER, AND SOMEONE CAME OVER IMMEDIATELY, AND REPAIRED IT FOR ME.

I THOUGHT THE OVER ALL EXPERIENCE WITH THE COMPANY WAS VERY GOOD, AND I WOULD BE HAPPY TO HIRE THEM AGAIN. THEY TOOK THE TIME TO EDUCATE US ON THE PROPER CARE OF OUR NEW WINDOWS.

THEY DID A GREAT JOB WITH THE INSTALL. I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THE FINAL RESULTS. THE CREW MOVED VERY FAST, AND WERE ACTUALLY VERY CLEAN COMPARED TO THE COMPANY THAT DID MY NEIGHBORS WINDOWS. I WAS SHOCKED IN A GOOD WAY.

THIS COMPANY IS VERY CUSTOMER FRIENDLY. THEY SHOWED UP WHEN THEY SAID THAT THEY WOULD. I LOVE THE QUALITY OF THE WORK THAT I GOT. THEY SEEMED VERY PROFESSIONAL TO ME.

THE WORKERS WERE ON TIME AND CALLED AHEAD OF TIME FOR CONFORMATION OF THE APPOINTMENT THAT WAS PREVIOUSLY SET UP. THEY HAD REDUCED OUR HEATING AND AIR-CONDITIONING BILL SINCE THEY WERE INSTALLED. WE HAVEN'T HAD ANY PROBLEMS WITH THE WINDOWS.

I WAS VERY HAPPY WITH MY EXPERIENCE WITH THEM. THEY WERE VERY RESPONSIVE, AND THEY SET UP A CONVENIENT TIME TO COME PUT THEM IN. THEY QUALITY OF THEM IS GREAT. WE HAVEN'T HAD A PROBLEM WITH THEM YET!
