Description of Work: Kitchen refresh and living room remodel. Removed tile counter top and replaced with granite. Modified cabinets to raise microwave 8 inches. Removed 24' wall, hung support beams and installed a pair of columns to support ceiling and roof. Installed new tiled in entry way, hall, dining room, office and kitchen. | |The changes turned out great! While we were waiting for the granite counter, he set up a temporary kitchen to limit the impact on the family. He sealed off the rest of the house during demo and cleaned everything up at the end of each day. The wall he removed spanned nearly half of the house and the columns look as of they were part of the original design. There was some unexpected electrical work that was uncovered during the demo and he had an electrician out immediately to avoid any delays. | |All in all, the project turned out much better than I anticipated and was completed in the time frame he indicated. I would and have use him again.

+ -1 moreBrian came out to take a look at what needed to be done within a day of being called. I had a small spot of dry rot on the exterior wall of my garage and he estimated the cost to be between $400 & $600. While repairing the wall, he noticed that there was also damage to the fence and replaced it at not additional cost. When he left, the work area was cleaner that it was when he got there. I'd definitely use him again!
