Horrible experience

I prepared for my moving day for weeks, Had to find another moving company last minute because budget moving never showed up. Mike Luna is unprofessional.

They were punctual and worked at a fast pace. They took care with my belongings and didn't damage anything. The truck they brought was not quite big enough for one load so they went back for last few things in a pick up and didn't charge me for that extra time. My plants did get a bit smashed in the pick up, but nothing serious. Overall I was extremely pleased with their service & professionalism. They did a great job.

They were fast! I was out of the apartment and completely moved into the house in less than 3 hours.

The move went well into the evening. I was promised three laborers to move my home, but only two showed up which made the move going until 11pm. The workers remained until the move was complete. They also volunteered to stay later and help put boxes and furniture away. I was extremely happy with the team. I was charged full price, even though I only received two workers. There were also gaps while the crews switched. They sent a truck that was way undersized for my home. If a larger truck was used, the move would have gone much faster.

Everyone very good. Professional, take a stressful situation and make it easy.

Movers be aware. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They were late for the appointment. Need to pay for the truck separately. For the move, I ordered the truck with the lift. They show up with a truck with a ramp. FOUL language was used. They were not professional at all. The majority of my furniture has some type of damage, along with my wood floors, walls and door jams. I wasn't going to pay in full due to the damages, but the owner, Mike, assured me that he would take care of it. Against my better judgement, I did pay in full and then some. After several phone calls and text messages, Mike has not contacted me to take care of the damages. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Apparently, Mike doesn't care that I'm writing this poor review. I left several messages that if he didn't contact me I would be proceeding to notify Groupon, Angie's List and BBB.

Very professional with attention to detail. Movers were very courteous - competent - efficient. They showed up on time and quickly begun to work. They finished well within the time frame. We didn't have any issues during the move. I will be using their service again in a few months to relocate my office.

I called Mr. Luna on March 31st 2014 I needed a quick move, and he fit it into his busy schedule for the very next day, He was very prompt and professional, I have a lot of heavy furniture and glass items all for a 3 bedroom house and nothing got broken or scratched, he used packing wrap and blankets for my glass items and furniture. I was very happy with his service, I will be moving again in the near future and I will be calling this company again, for sure.. I highly recommend this company for your moving, It's hectic enough to pack and move but, when you have someone to do it for you it's so much better, Thank you Mr. Luna.
