Arrow Tech Heating and Cooling

My A/C quit working on a Friday night about 8 pm. I took a chance and called Juan , owner of Arrow Tech, I didn't expect an answer only because it was late Friday night and I thought best case scenario I would leave a message and ask him if he could come out the next day, Saturday. We expected we would pack ourselves and our 2 dogs up to spend the night at a hotel. I just had a total knee replacement surgery the week before too. Juan answered and said he would come out that night! I was happily surprised. He mentioned we had been good customers and have given him referrals over the years and he would be happy to come and take a look at our A/C. He got here about 9pm and figured out very quickly it was out Capacitor and he could replace it. He was done by 9:50 pm with our A/C working like a champ!!

Been using Arrow Tech for my heating and a/c checkup service twice a year for 5 years. Juan does an excellent job, fair prices, never tries to charge for unnecessary work, always shows up when he says he will. Very professional, honest and friendly. He even changes our smoke alarm batteries!
