All Clean Chem-Dry

Excellent. Cleaning very thorough and professionally done. Robert was very knowledgeable. The only complaint was that we were told that everything would be dry in 1 to 2 hours. But, the downstairs carpet took about 8 hours and that furniture took overnight. Other than that issue everything else was excellent. The carpet is cleaner and brighter than any other time it has been cleaned by other companies.

They are hard to get a hold of him sometimes, but I can always get a hold of him. He would rather be in his boats than cleaning carpets. He is good. His product is excellent. Chem Dry is not like steam cleaning. Chem Dry uses a product that is kind of like dry cleaning, it lifts stuff out of the carpet. Regular steam cleaning wets your carpet and padding so you walk around with wet floors for a day or two. This is dry in about 3 or 4 hours, it's a completely different product. The thought of having everything mushy under my feet and nothing coming out, but going down in my carpet with that steam crap. I don't want that. It's a completely different process. It doesn't get dirty near as quickly. The steam cleaning is very cheap. My first impression was good. Usually one person comes to complete the service.
