pool cleaners
+ -1 moreOver all my experience with this company was a total disaster. The service man did a good job when I was home.which was very seldom during this time. We made a verbal agreement that he would come service the pool every wednesday which he did not abide by. He would come on any day that he felt like it. Sometimes he would come on a monday then not show up until the following friday which is about 12 days apart which is a long way from every 7 days. Before he quit without a word he over loaded my pool filter with D.E. causing the filter to become pluged up. When I opened the filter to see the grids I was in shock as to what I saw. The filter had about 2 inches of D.E.on the grids. When I removed the grids I also found about 4 to 5 inches of D.E. mud in the bottom of the filter. About every 3 months the pool would get algie in it which told me that he did not put the proper chemicals if any in the pool. I tried to reach the service man to find out why he just quite coming but could not get any response from my phone calls and messages that I left. In my opinion this is very poor customer relations and shows nothing but unprofessional conduct for any type of business. I would never recommend All Brite pools to anyone as they are not reliable.
Description of Work: All Valey pools (Eric, Pool Service man) has been servicing my pool for about 1 year. I was sick and in the hospital most of this time.To Start with: 1 - He was never here on the day of the week that he had made our agreement for. 2 - He was supposed to show up every week on the same day, to service my pool but instead he would show up on a monday then the next weeek he would show up on a friday nearly a week late. 3 - At least one week out of every month he would skip a week completely then tell you he was there. My neighbors watched my house while I was away and they would report to me when the pool man showed up and quite often he was a no show. 4 - He very rarely cleaned the pool filter and serviced it. When I was home I had to do it as it would plug up from not being cleaned and he would always say I did that last month. 5 - The last time he cleaned my pool filter was sometime in july I think. My pool has a DE filter and needs DE put in at every cleaning. It only takes about 2 or 3 one pound coffee cans fulls. Well he did'nt show up for the next month and my pool completely shut down and would not circulate the pool. Upon checking the pool I opened the DE Filter and found it had an abundance of DE in it. There was about 2 inches of it on the grids and when I removed the grids from the filter I also found 4 to 5 inches jof DE on the bottom of it. This is what completely Plugged my filter. Any dimwit knows better than that. 6 - Upon checking I found that there was no chemicals in the pool water. (Guess he just forgot, Ha Ha) On July 26th he came to the door to collect and said he was here the day before so I told him the pool was not clean. 7 - That was the last day I saw him as he just quit coming withoout saying he was going to quit. When he did not show up for the third week I tried to call the pool company but they would never answer my calls nor would they call me back. 8 - Non professionalism is their method of work. I would never recommend this company to anyone as they are unreliable in every aspect of their business.

+ -1 moreTHIS COMPANY HAS BEEN VERY GOOD WITH US. THEY CAME RIGHT OUT AND CLEANED IT WHEN WE HAD A PROBLEM WITH IT. THEY HAVE ALWAYS BEEN VERY PROFESSIONAL WITH US AND THEY HAVE GREAT QUALITY.
Description of Work: THEY COME TO OUR HOUSE AND DO GENERAL CLEANING ON OUR POOL A FEW TIMES A MONTH AS NEEDED.
